Nial and his colleagues were excellent. The response was very quick and professional. I was under time restraint and feeling stressed, but Nial calmly informed me of my options. The driver was also very calm and friendly for which I’m very grateful. I’d thoroughly recommend this company.

An oasis in a service barren world
When SAS airline lost a bag and their courier company - Eagle Aviation - delivered the bag to the wrong address 5 days later, we needed an urgent same day pick up and delivery.
From first / follow up phone calls with Craig, through on time afternoon pick up and same evening delivery, I cannot fault Collect Same Day Courier.
An oasis in a service barren world.
Expensive but they literally do "deliver the goods" :-)

Specific service for an awkward load
I needed a very specific service as the supplier was not able to provide delivery with offload capability to my Selfbuild site. The process was straightforward, the requirement was checked in detail to ensure the service was going to meet expectations and despite the quite awkward load both pickup and delivery were completed professionally and in a timely manner. Well done to the Network and should I need further services SameDay will be top of my list.

These guys really saved our bacon…
These guys really saved our bacon today! We had a highly sensitive, confidential document that we needed from one London address to another, the same day. Our contracted courier was unable to provide the service so I contacted these guys. Great experience end-to-end and even had a follow up call after package was delivered to let me know it had been safely handed over and signature obtained. Great service and really helpful staff - thank you!
