I purchased a set of cooking utensils, which were supposed to be 70% cheaper than the normal price. I was supposed to have saved $220!. When they arrived the quality was like something you’d expect to buy on Temu. They were CHEAP looking, NOT proportionate in size i.e shallow soup ladle, huge slotted spoon and a small length to the egg slide. There were scratches on the all of the utensils and one had grey marks on it that would not come off. I contacted Collins Cookware immediately, requesting a full refund and a paid return slip. I received a reply requesting photos so I took several photos and wrote a detailed email, pointing out each defect. I reiterated that I was SEEKING A FULL REFUND because that’s what they promise on their website - 100% money back guarantee. Instead, I got a reply back offering me a 50% discount off my next purchase. 😳🙄 They completely ignored my request for a refund. So what they promise on their website is NOT TRUE. The utensils are CHEAP AND TINNY LOOKING. They are NOT WORTH close to $100 - and that’s supposed to be with a 70% discount! I believe that it’s a HOAX that jJames Collins is retiring and this is his retirement sale. I believe that they have INFLATED THE PRICE hugely on CHEAP CHINESE titanium cookware to be able to offer a 70% discount. DO NOT BUY THE COOKING UTENSILS. AND DO NOT BELIEVE YOU’LL GET A REFUND IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED. You will be offered a 50% discount on your next order, which will come off a very INFLATED PRICE. I will not buy anything from Collins Cookware ever again! They WASTE YOUR TIME by responding to you and asking for photos etc. And you think you’re getting somewhere with them but you’re not. My utensils arrived just with a little bit of bubble wrap around them and three of the utensils were in a cellophane bag and one was not - and there was NO BOX. And they expect me to believe that I’ve bought a set of cooking utensils that normally sell for $320 I’m sure you could pick this quality of kitchen utensils up from Temu, Kmart or Target for around $10 or $20. DO NOT GET SCAMMED LiKE I WAS!

I initially purchased a large fry pan to give it a trial. Loved the first one, so purchased 2 smaller ones and tossed out my teflon coated pans.

What Rubbish - I cannot believe I fell for this . The Cutting Boards do not comply with Australian Food Standards - these are not titanium, they are pressed metal cutouts from a cheap factory in CHINA - nearly $600 AUD - what I fool I am . If you lift the ‘cutting’ board up you may slice your finger off .

I am very happy with my frypan. I use it on an induction cooktop. It cooks evenly without oil or butter. I washes easily. My plan was to move away for Teflon products. The frypan and wok are fitting.

I SPENT $90 POSTAGE TO RETURN ITEMS I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH. FALSE ADVERTISING. THEY DID NOT PERFORM AS STATED. I HAVE YET TO GET MY REFUND. THE ITEMS WERE NOT FROM AUSTRALIA, BUT SHIPPED FROM CHINA. TOTALLY FALSE ADVERTISING. I AM GOING TO CONTACT THE OMBUDSMAN NOW. TERRIBLE SCAM. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

If you heat up your pan per instructions and put just a little oil in you have no problems. I have had my pan fir 6 months used it every day and it still looks brand new. No scratches no stains easy to clean. If there are bits that have stuck put some water in the pan and simmer on stove for a few minutes everything wipes off easy. I never use high heat, I don't need to. low or medium cooks everything beautifully. Very pleased with these beautiful pans.

I have asked to return the expensive frypan I bought as despite everything I have tried everything sticks and it is unusable. I am not getting a response The product is not as described and I am planning to contact Fair Trading to resolve this.

I received a pan from Collins with Okura stamp on the bottom, coming from China. Okura is advertising their non-layered "pure" titanium cookware, however it's magnetizable, which indicates steel or iron.

These titanium non stick pans are great. No Teflon or other contaminants. Happy to recommend them.

The items I received were exactly as described. They were delivered on time. And a question I asked about how to use tham correctly was answered promptly and politely.

They look good, clean up a treat and cook my food to perfection! Love them ❤️❤️

What a great pan and so easy to wash. The only thing about my pan is that it is not completely flat on the bottom and rocks a little bit.

The products are great but the delivery was very slow. Missed Mother's Day!

I purchased 2 items described a titanium.
The breakfast Pan A$107.96 it is nothing but a cheap aluminium coated product absolutely the opposite of what was advertised.
Collins apologised and returned my purchase price

Very disappointing. Everything sticks. Even when you pre-heat the pan, use a low heat, test with the 'water sizzle test', apply a little oil before cooking....EVERYTHING sticks. Very sorry I bought these. Absolutely useless.

Easy ordering. Great quality & price. Versatile cooking items. Stove top or oven. Very happy with my purchases. Update to my cooking expansion. Purchased the wok a short time ago. So impressed, I had to add a frypan & casserole style pot with lid.

Love my wok. It comes to temp on a lower expected heat.Fantastic titanium.
