Yet again I have received terrible service from Colm Quinn, I have been a customer for 10 years, I should have known better and gone elsewhere tbh, I first had an issue back in September when I had enquired about cars from three of their branches, I received feedback from one however both Athlone and Galway both advised they would get back to me with details of the cars. I had to chase and chase and received no response. I left feedback of how disappointed I was after my car was serviced and received a very concerned call from their customer service full of apology. I then received a call from the manager of their Galway branch, after a discussion about the type and spec of the car I was looking for, he called me back to advise they had a car coming in soon, I re-checked the spec and he confirmed it was the car I was looking for so I decided to wait. I heard nothing for a while so had to chase again and again as to when the car would be available to be a told it was delayed and would be available at the beginning of Jan 2022. Yet again no follow up received so I made contact again and was told the car was now available to test drive in Athlone. When I arrived I had to wait ages to be seen and eventually got to see the car WHICH after waiting 4 months turned out not to be the spec I was promised !! I am furious at the way this was handled and would expect more from a BMW dealer, what a completely unprofessional service, they then tried to convince me to accept the spec on the car, then said they would give me a discount on it ? The discount offered was an insult, terrible service !!

I just bought a 318 BMW from Colm Quinn in Athlone. Absolutely super service from start to finish from
Sergej Machnevic, Sales Executive. He gave me so much time, nothing was rushed and he was extremely responsive to all queries , would recommend for sure!

I recently bought a 520d m sport from Colm Quinn Athlone. I found them excellent to deal with from start to finish. Rob McGrath was superb to deal with and sent me numerous videos and pictures of the car before I got to view it in person.

I bought a landrover discovery 5 and brought it to a dealer to fix a camera fault (all agreed with Colm Quinn) they found other issues which Colm Quinn fixed under warranty. All good. Problem was they had the car for 21 days and I had to pay for the rental to keep me on the road.

Bought a 5 series Msport of Colm Quinn Drogheda. It has had to be jump started twice as battery was faulty. The car had to be left in the garage 3 further times due to a rattling noise coming from the back. Also to further frustration. I lodged a complaint about this to BMW and knowone will even return my call. Shocking if you ask me that this is how they operate. If I had of known this when I bought the car then there would have been no chance of me buying the car.

Terrible communicators. Non-disclosure of t&cs is the same as theft of consent. Yet they will eagerly hold you to the t&cs and leave you out of pocket as they did me.

I would not recommend them. And if I was able to give negative stars I would.

I have to write this review about Colm Quinn Bmw Athlone, Such a fantastic Bmw dealership you all are miles ahead of other Bmw dealerships and i dont say that to lightly well done,
I had my Bmw 640d in for a check up and it was found to have an air mass sensor fault, James one of your mechanics came to my house and fitted sensor without issue he is a fantastic man very mannerly and so efficient he is a credit to you and i will be requesting James to work on my 640d whenever it is in your garage,
Well done Colm Quinn Bmw keep up the good work,

Mc Grath from Colm Quinn's was super. He uploaded videos for me to see every aspect of the car. His attention to detail was superb. The car was delivered to my door. The customer service was top class.
