Customer service is terrible
Customer service is terrible. The package is missing one stencil. One of the pieces is warped and the stickers are all stuck to the inside of the envelope and not usable. I have reached out by email and no response. I finally reached out by instagram and they keep saying they have not heard from their team. At this point its been about a week and no resolution.

We did reply to your emails, but it seems our responses may not have reached you or may have been missed. We apologize for the communication gap.
Regarding your order, we are sorry that some parts were damaged during transit and that the package arrived with missing and unusable items. We will send you the missing stencil, the damaged piece, and new double-sided tapes so you can complete your installation properly.

Weak brackets
Cool map, but the hanging brackets are held on by weak glue. one came off so I reglued that one back on and then the other side fell off then.

Completely unprofessional business
Completely unprofessional business. Made an order, I paid and received a confirmation that my order was seen.
After one month, I contact their support team because I have not yet received my order. Their support finds a lame excuse that there was an error with their system and they are going to send my order tomorrow. I wait 2 days, no response, I send an email again and they say unfortunately they cannot send my order because of country restrictions. UNPROFESSIONAL

Looks great, falls apart
The map itself looks great, but the mounting system is poorly designed. My original panel fell three separate times, and the replacement panel has now failed as well. The adhesive and backing blocks used to mount the panel are not strong enough to support the weight of the product long-term. It’s disappointing because the map is beautiful, but the construction quality does not match the price. I would not recommend it unless the mounting system is redesigned.

Errors in labelling
Purchased two of the largest world maps. Did not get a chance to install for a year as we were renovating.
Install went well however is wasn't until a few months later that I noticed that Vancouver Island was labeled as Vancouver and Guyana was labeled as Guina- South America. Contacted company with an easy fix. First they attacked me for not bringing to their attention earlier and refused to admit their was an error.
Now they have ignored me fir resolution. Their maybe other errors.

Beware of Wall Texture before purchasing
I originally loved it, but after it falling 3 times and breaking in a 6-month span, I am disappointed. I was told that because my walls have a texture, there's nothing they can do about it. All of my walls in my house are textured, so, there's no point in trying to put it back together and placing back on the wall.
