Great color. It could last a little longer but any stronger and it would probably stain the face, right? Very flexible customer service.

Natural looking results, leaves the perfect amount of gray. Been using for years, can’t recommend more highly.

Be Ware! This product made my hair so light and my crown area got patchy. Colorsmith needs to be aware of harmful chemicals in their product. Please avoid at all cost.

This site is great. I was nervous about dying my hair as a 50 y/o male. I tried this out and the effect was great. It blended the gray but left some. I will say it doesn’t work quite ans well on stubborn facial hair on a goatee. After the first time I communicated with my stylist that I would like even more gray gone. They made some changes which I approved and sent it out. There was a problem with delivery that wasn’t their fault it was tied up in the USPS system and after a week I emailed and asked if they could contact the courier. Instead they immediately sent out a new order. It arrived 3 days later. I used it and it blended wonderfully. I sent a picture to my own mother and asked how she liked it. She couldn’t figure out what I’d done until I sent before and after pictures. The results are night and day but it looks so natural. Took away at least 10 years. Ohh and the lost shipment showed up a few days later which they told me to keep for free. I was hesitant to try originally and bought at the trial rate I immediately placed refills on hold and didn’t try it for around 3 months. No charges or shipments. The website is easy and straightforward to use when setting up recurring deliveries. This is a subscription service so know what your ordering but customer service has always been prompt and thorough with my emails. Highly recommend

Good color, wish that it lasted longer.

Used this product for several months then decided to go gracefully grey, stopped any future orders and thought that was it. However, after some 6+ months and having previously notified Colorsmith I wanted the account closed, and having asked them to remove my details, this month they've taken another payment and sent me a product I do not want.
When they notified me this month that they were preparing another order I messaged them 3 times, and did not get any response from them - their customer service is non-existent. Have today notified my bank about their Fraudulant activity.

Utter chite. Don’t bother, it simply doesn’t work. Not sure how they have got as far as releasing this product to market, but it is verging on criminal how much this doesn’t work. I followed the instructions to the letter and second. When it was ‘developing’, it really looked the part. However, after the prescribed 10 mins, washing it off in the shower basically did exactly that. It washed away leaving exactly what was there before. Literally no discernible change in colour at all. Very disappointed as I was sucked in by the hype. Back to Just for Men then.

Hair color is spot on , but not having much luck with the beard

This stuff is useless garbage that does not work at all.

They should face a class action suit for pedaling this snake oil trash. It literally made no notice change in my beard color after multiple uses. It simply does not work. I cancelled the subscription and they still sent the second package and charged me. I managed to get the subscription closed out finally but got stuck with a second package of their useless trash. This is a scam. Stay away.

great stuff works well and holds great easy directions and easy application

It’s not that different than all the rest and didn’t cover the grey any better.

I followed the instructions to the letter and the dye didn’t change the colour of my beard. I also woke up with a major allergic reaction to it…it’s 2nd day of applying steroid cream and taking strong antihistamine to combat the side effects

I don't really have anything to complain.
I like the product end the customer team is very polite and risolutive.
