Bought twill shorts petrol. But the colour is fading after three times of washing. Costumor support blames me for ‘using the wrong detergent’. This can not be an issue. Not a refund or giftcard.

Bought a £100 jumper for the wife for Christmas. Shrank in the first wash. Refused to give a refund.
Would never buy from them again and would recommend nobody else does either.
Ordered for over 400$ but the size was off , when I asked if they cover return since I just wanted the same items but one size smaller they said no because that’s their way of fighting over consumption???!!
They loud and proud put up free delivery if you purchase over 150$ so pushing us to buy more but they don’t want to give the service of covering returns.
It’s too bad because I actually appreciated the clothes and the packaging was neat but the customer service is a big fat zero.
Colour and feel are good, but has small balls appearing after 2 wears and one wash? This is terrible for an €80 sweatshirt that claims to be 'anti pilling'. I have H&M and Fruit of the Loom sweatshirts that this does not happen with.
I bought a pair of blue lounge/tracksuit bottoms whatever they are called. Washed once after a week, then again after another week of wearing them...low temperature quick wash settings both times - then started noticing blue bobbles all over the carpet next time I wore them - these bobbles, there are hundreds of them, match the garment fabric perfectly, so they are definitely symptomatic....the garment seems to be slowly disintegrating almost straight out of the bag. Judging by the other reviews, a company to avoid and difficult to contact. The one star was the only option, otherwise it would be minus five, the temperature of the chilly reception one apparently gets from customer services.
An inferior product..
UPS er en elendig ordning. Vær sød at bruge et andet firma til jeres aflevering. T-shirts er gode.
I only give them one because I have ordered a jumper from in the past and it was all fine (I even recommended them to a couple of friends). This time, however, the service has been awful. I only ordered a hat and where this hat who still knows. They have used UPS signed for (I work full time) - the parcel has now gone missing. When I contacted colourful standard, I was basically (quite rudely) told to sort it myself. Then when I replied I didn’t hear from them again. That’s £30 possibly down the drain. I really wouldn’t bother.
Where to start, the fits are over the place, found it hard to find a size. Returns change at a whim.
Have taken online to store for first order no issues (so not to pay the 5.99 return fee) this time was told could not.
Will not use again, nor could I recommend.
There is no way to return in-store items in Denmark yet.. they say they just moved office to kronprinsensgade 8 but its an apartment building with like 7 different apartments with none of them saying colourful standard. On top of that terrible customer service by Amalie, who doesn’t even know where the place is. I have now been outside on 3 different occasions, and they dont have a number to call so you cant get urgent help.. tldr: dont shop if you dont know your exact size.
The clothes arrived and it all seemed fine. Then I realised a jumper had a massive hole in the sleeve. I don’t want to pay £5 to return a faulty item but I’m getting no response from their customer service email
Appalling customer services. Cancelled an order 2 minutes after ordering and they shipped anyway. They then emailed me 5 mins after ‘shipping’ to say “they missed my cancellation email”. I was then told returns are not free and it will cost £6 to return to a UK address (even though i live in UK).
I ordered on this website over one month ago, but never received the items. I tried to contact them several times but they are not replying.
