Inferior condition product pushed in online order
I received my online order of two tins of paint but found that both tins were extremely dented. The boxes they arrived in were pristine however ruling out any mishandling in transit. For 210 euro I would have expected the items to be in top condition. I had the impression that I had been pushed the dented cans or “seconds” that no one who visited the shop would buy. In querying it with Colourtrend they disingenuously blamed the courier company! This showed further contempt for the customer. Overall I’m left with a bad experience.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re very sorry your order arrived with dented tins. We want to assure you that we never send damaged or “seconds” products.
Occasionally, tins can become dented even with careful packaging. As we use UPS as a third-party courier, we unfortunately have limited control once parcels leave our warehouse. That said, we always pass feedback to UPS to help prevent similar issues.
We also responded to your email with an apology and explanation. As the paint was intact and usable, we were unable to replace it under our policy.

Great paint
Great paint, great colour, very happy with the product. Not impressed though with the courier provider. Cancelled the first delivery, on the second attempt he couldn’t find the parcel, was throwing other parcels around as frustrated not finding it. Not a great look

Colourtrend colours last and the quality is fantastic
Love the paint it’s fantastic quality and the colour stays true even over years!
Would love to see the company update their website experience make it more interactive (like other brands!) so we can upload a picture of our space and see how a colour could work. I would also love to hear more about the colours and what would complement a colour and what would contrast well with a colour.

Went into the Mullingar Shop
Went into the Mullingar Shop. Was Stripping and painting a 20 year old timber door. I got excellent advice from all the staff and they were very professional and helpful when it came to colours and finishes. Brilliant experience. Will definitely be a return customer.

I called into their Swords shop and dealt with Tara. She was painstakingly helpful. She helped me choose exactly what colours l needed as lm changing the scheme of my whole house. So far everything she choose for me is fabulous. Thank you Tara!

We’re sorry to hear it was hard to open our sample pots - They are designed to create a secure, airtight seal to protect the quality of the paint inside.
An extra grip when twisting usually helps, and the lid should open smoothly once the seal is broken.

My husband and I could not agree on…
My husband and I could not agree on paint colour. We finally took the step of hiring a colour trend colour consultant and that was our best decision ever. Heidi from the Dundalk office spent alot of time with us and guided us to a good combination for our northerly facing apartment.
Wall 2 Wall Decor was the painting company we used. I had asked for some recommendations of good painters from Colour Trend. I contacted and spoke with 5 or 6 recommended by Colour Trend. The job finished today and we are thrilled with the work done. An electric sander was used to sand all of the surfaces so they were well prepared for the paint. The walls look as smooth as satin with the selected paints. We are so thrilled with the entire experience from start to finish. I would highly recommend Colour Trend from colour and design consultant, quality of paint and our selected painters Wall 2 Wall Decor.
