I have been using Colourtrend paint for years, but live abroad now and had to select paint remotely. They have a great visualizer, fast service and excellent quality paint.

Ordering fulfilment could be improved
We ordered 3 testers pots… it took a week for them to arrive to find that only two pots were sent and one was not the correct coloured ordered. Customer services were helpful and arranged for the two missing pots to be sent. Roll forward another week, and only one pot sent out. Again contacted customer services, who did apologise and mention that the final pot will be sent to us.
Whilst I really do like colour trend paints, based on this experience of order fulfilment I would advise to purchase locally if you can.

The paint leaked, no response from customer service
Ordered paint from them, it leaked inside the package. Awful experience unpacking and then disposing of all that..
Wrote to them about the problem, no response.
That's a terrible customer service. Got the money - don't have to bother about the customer anymore.

Exterior Tile paint
The website was misleading in that I purchased what I thought was exterior tile paint costing €50.00. When it arrived I discovered it was interior paint for walls. I telephoned for it to be confirmed that it could not be used on tiles and was refused a refund probably because it had been mixed. I then had to purchase tile paint elsewhere.

Hi Bernadette, we are sorry that the website experience was not satisfactory. Our Ceramic Matt finish will only ever be advertised for its purpose, interior walls and ceilings. Our paints are tinted when ordered, so therefore we cannot offer a refund under these circumstances, this is explained on our returns and delivery page. If you ever have any questions or hesitations about a product, please feel free to reach out to our team and they would be happy to help.
Not delivered
Only one pot of primer from my paint front door kit arrived 2 weeks ago. I have contacted color trend twice and although they have promised to remedy it there is still no sign of the remainder of my order or a refund.

Most profitable hour I’ve ever spent....
I had an hour on zoom with K - it was one of the most profitable hours I’ve ever spent...Having decided before hand on a colour she was immediately able to say whether it would be warm or cold. This was very important in the NE facing room. The decorator started on the dining room vaulted ceiling yesterday and the Powdered Shell looks amazing. I have schemes for all the other rooms too. I had to make a call to clarify one point and it was dealt with efficiently and knowledgably. Great value for money.
