I ordered the clasped jacket, plaid shirt, and sailor tee. Order arrived quickly and the quality is top notch. Really happy with how the pieces fit and feel. I’m already ordering some more tees now 👍

Have emailed multiple times trying to sort out a return/ refund for an item that’s got buttons / details not properly on, and haven’t heard back for any of them, absolutely poor customer service. One bit fell off as soon as I tried the trousers. Been well over a month, have tried to get in contact multiple times since my first email, nothing.

I recently purchased the Selvedge Trucker Jacket in size L (Order No. 17843). Unfortunately, the jacket did not fit me properly, so I initially contacted customer service to request an exchange for a size M. Shortly afterwards, I changed my mind and requested a refund instead.

It has now been 8 days since my refund request, and I have still not received any response. After waiting three days, I sent a follow-up email, but again there has been no reply or update regarding my case.

This is especially disappointing because I have previously purchased a jacket from this company and was very happy with both the product and the overall experience. I genuinely like their jackets, which makes the lack of communication and customer support in this situation even more frustrating.

I understand that delays can happen, but completely ignoring customer emails for over a week is unacceptable. I hope they improve their after-sales service and communication going forward.

Awful experience with this brand. The quality of the product received was really poor. Tacky plastic quality and I just didn’t feel like it was as described. I asked to return the item for a refund and the company proceeded to ignore me for 4 weeks on all platforms basically refusing a refund

Literally the brand is a good fit for the owners as they’re actually cowboys.

Would avoid 100000%

Great buying experience. Had a small issue with Shipping but was sorted the next day. Customer service was great and quality is also great.

Clothes were affordable and well made. Each piece get compliments when I wear them. Ordering and tracking my order was super easy. Also everything I bought got to me in under a week!!

Modelled for Colt last weekend and couldn’t have gone any better! The team was super lovely and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. The roll out of the content is fire and we really brought the vision to life!

Quality of their clothes are nice and defo my type of style. If I had my way I’d take all the clothes home 😂

I’ve followed Colt for a while now, and from my Cattleman’s belt to the Rambler and Homestead button ups, the quality has always been on point! They don’t just make clothes, they make statement pieces.

Me and the Mrs recently took a trip to Manchester for their General Store pop up. Arriving early, my partner and I were warmly welcomed by the owner and staff, immediately feeling like part of the community. The vibe was spot on, a perfect blend of modern cowboy and vintage sports, complete with a pool table and drinks.

I finally got my hands on the Field Raglan Waffle, the weight and boxy cut are perfect. I also snagged the Sports Jersey, which is an absolute steal for summer and will be worn in the gym. My partner fell in love with their cowhide leather bag and couldn't leave without one!
After trying on a few more pieces and being surprised with a free cap at the til, we said our goodbyes.

It was great to finally handle the pieces in person and chat with Harry and the team.

Looking forward to their next event!

I worked at the Manchester pop up and it was a great environment and experience. All of the items on display were fantastic especially the leather jackets and t shirts. Highly recommend!!
