Buyer beware, this company is extremely slow to deliver, and it takes 3 weeks for a return. The customer service department is extremely rude and very unhelpful, they are very unethical . This is a terrible company to deal with, I will never shop with them again. Just be careful they say one thing and do another, and then no response from them when I tried to contact them.

I ordered a winter jacket on the 5 Jan 2026 specifically asking for express delivery (1-2 business days) as I needed urgently. long story short the jacket never arrived. I contacted the customer service on the 9 Jan 2026, who after investigation and 3 weeks, on Monday 19 Jan 2026 told me that a refund will be issued as they cannot track the package. It is the 23 Jan and I still haven't seen any email confirming the refund. This is ridiculous and unacceptable! stay away!

I haven't dealt with a company so unethical for a while now...
I made a purchase with them online and one of the products wasn't in stock, but the site wasn't up to date. They charged me for the product and wrote me a mail that they can't ship it. They said they will revert the transaction on my card, but I never received the money back. Instead they charged me with some additional money a few days later!!
Of course, they stopped replying to my mails.
This is straight scamming at this point...

I placed a paid for an order with Columbia on 28 June. I have still not received my parcel 2 weeks later and have been unable to secure a refund. The customer service number for the UK is advertised on the webpage but is permanently unavailable. The web form appears to have an automated response. Having attempted to escalate this I was then blamed for not receiving my parcel with a claim I had requested a re-route - which is entirely untrue. I will be seeking a trading standards response as money has been taken, no goods delivery and no customer service support is available.

One month after buying a jacket, it started unstitch. The jacket was more than 160€ (Omni infinity). I thought I was buying high quality jacket. I tried to return the item, but it was not elegible for returns anymore.
My experience with this brand was frustrating. Order: 229301280

I have been trying for a long time to resolve an issue with your customer service regarding a returned item (ticket no. #657215 and order no. 227148045). I followed all the instructions, including returning the item on December 19 (as confirmed by the receipt in my possession).
However, I have still not received the promised €125 voucher, nor have I received any response despite my repeated attempts to contact you.

This delay and lack of communication are very frustrating. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you.
