As a business owner I have started purchasing many different products from Comfort Click. I am very pleased with the service they offer. They are always reacting professionally, the orders placed are being prepared instantly and the dispatched parcels arrive in time. Customer service is always there to support me when needed. The quality of the products is more than satisfying, my customers love them and I myself also consume certain products that I need on a daily basis. I have ordered plenty of times by now and I will keep ordering. I have no complaints at all. Keep up the good work!

A NEVER-ENDING STORY with WeightWorld France, update today 16.02.2026 following my negative review published 06.02.2026 on Trustpilot.
In France in French, in Dutch in the Netherlands, in the United Kingdom in English.
The Netherlands reacted considerate and understanding. Obviously, they could not go any further as my purchase was made in France.
Surprisingly, the United Kingdom where WeightWorld Headquarters are based, I did not have the pleasure receiving a reaction.
On 12.02.2026, via Trustpilot France, Weight World France apologised and offered reimbursement of extra costs in the amount € 32.37. I was requested to contact the Service Clientele.

Communication takes place via e-mail with “Vanessa” of the Service Clientele.
On 13.02 Vanessa offers reimbursement and asks for evidence of my money lost.
Which I did immediately, resulting that Vanessa rejected the offer for reimbursement !
Unfortunately, the story gets worse. I placed my order on 24.12.25 € 19.94, which is fine.
During the last week of December various amounts (entitled “charity checks, non-Euro zone”) were debited of my credit card account, in total € 32,37. That was on top of the original amount of € 19.93.
End January another € 29.99 Clarity Check was debited.
It gives the impression of some subscription for which I have never given authorisation.
At present WITHOUT MY AUTHORISATION a total amount of € 62,36 has been charged to my credit card. There must be some link without my knowledge or authorisation when I placed the order.
Vanessa’s way of communication is a bit weird. I suspect that I am dealing with a Service Clientele that is Artificial Intelligence generated. How can one deal with a fake Vanessa?
I sincerely hope that this matter comes to the personal attention of the CEO, Mr Nehal Patel, CEO of Comfort Click Ltd. in Crowdon, Sevenoaks, UK. Apparently, Comfort Click operates and Manages WeightWorld.
In 2025 Comfort Click was acquired by Zyduss Wellness Ltd for 239 million Pound Sterling for those who are interested to know.
I remain hopeful that the matter will be handled decently and correctly.

Det jeg havde bestilt kom fint nok - men få dage blev mit kort forsøgt hacket med 162 UDS - heldigvis nåede banken med at spotte det og spærrede kortet 🙏

Jeg købte et Animigo Anti Bark Collar - Sikkerhedstilstand, Natlys, LED-skærm, USB-opladning, Vandtæt Anti Barking Device. Efter et par måneder, hvor jeg havde brugt halsbåndet omkring 15 gange, begyndte jeg at få problemer med at få halsbåndet til at vibrere efter yderligere omkring 10 ganges anvendelse holdt det helt op med at vibrere, og da jeg syntes at 239kr ikke var nok til at have problemer med at returnere halsbåndet åbnede jeg halsbåndet for at måle det igennem, og fandt derved ud af at det var selve motoren der ikke fungerede, så jeg åbnede motoren for at undersøge hvad der var galt, og konstaterede at motoren var konstrueret til at gå i stykker, der var ingen leje i bagenden af motoren, og med en forskudt vægt i forenden og kun det forreste leje til at skulle styre ankeret så vil kullene ikke have ordentlig kontakt med kommutatoren, hvilket vil gøre at der opstår dårlig forbindelse, gnister og kullene bliver varme og brænder af, motoren er simpelt hen for dårlig til det den bliver brugt til.

Vi har fundet ud af det, derfor sletter jeg min anmeldelse.
