Lovely item
Lovely item - made to order. All my horsey friends want one now. I was kept informed when there was a delay in manufacturing and was offered a full refund. I chose to wait (which turned out to be just a couple of days) and was very glad I did. The walker rug is just perfect and in my favourite colour!

Easy website to navigate
Easy website to navigate, I think time of year (Twixmas) has meant a delay in processing and shipment, but no auto email to say this is the case. Request for feedback before even received order is hard to give more positive review.
Edit 3rd Jan: positive update- husband put delivery in the horse box! Where else would you put it! Looking forward to trying them.
