Bait and Switch?
Major Energy declined our prior attempt for an introductory rate of 11.9 per kWh claiming our load factor was 20% As a residential home with an air conditioner as our largest electrical equipment it does not seem possible to have such a load factor and leaves me to believe this was a bait and switch. If so, I may contact the utility commission.

I do think AI had something to do with it, because it kept takinmg me to another place I did not want to go. I just hope now it is done with.
