Good experience

The lady helping the connection process was kind and efficient.

Worked great

They provide facts and figures to support their cause so decisions were easier to make

Roger was thorough and helpful

Veronica was awesome.

Quick and easy, very informational and helped me get a better bargain on my powerbill

Cynthia was amazing - helped us with a better rate and an earlier connection

Anne was very helpful in giving me the opportunity to change the electricity plan and was very thorough and very clear with all the information details that guide me to understand the process of changing providers. Thank you Anne for your help!!!.

I spoke with Francis and he changed me on to a better plan with AGL. Was kind and respectful.

Call was informative but same question repeated few times. Call was very lengthy and recording was read out extremely fast like a horse commentator. Length of information, time and repeats asked and read need to be cut down.
I think I stopped paying attention half way being absolutely ridiculously long. I think the welcome pack should be enough and we choose to ring if we have questions. Hopefully a winner of the race can be announced and closed.

Very easy to talk to and better service that we are with atm
