Compass Transport Solutions Reviews

I dont no who he has paid to write these fake reviews but this man is a con man he steals money from people lies to them I paid for my cpc management course over a year ago he wont give me my money back having to take him to court DONT USE HIM DONT GIVE HIM MONEY

John has been an exceptional guide throughout my Transport CPC course. His thorough and informative approach, combined with his ability to make the learning experience genuinely enjoyable, made it much easier to absorb and retain the material.

I would highly recommend Compass Transport Solutions to anyone seeking expert support and training in all areas related to HGV.

John made the transport manager cpc course very easy to understand he’s a great leader and knows his stuff highly recommend and a great inspiration to all out there got my test next week touch wood I’ll smash it….. walked in not knowing anything leaving knowing something!

Cheers John!

John was punctual, friendly and very professional ; we have had an audit completed on our transport operation and i have learnt a great deal from him; i wouldnt hesitate to use him again or recommend him

Johns a goodlad, him and his team are the best when training to become a TM, The support before the exam can not be described and hes always a phone call away. Unlimited retests that no one provides. Ring compass and get booked in.

John came and did an audit. He was very professional and offered constructive advice on our Transport operation.

I have since phoned john to pick his brain on other matters. John is very knowledgeable about the transport industry.

I would recommended him to anyone

I requested John’s assistance in carrying out an independent audit for one of my operators I look after.
John has a refreshing approach to business in that he does exactly what he says he is going to do.
He turned up on time, worked through the audit points and even offered a full audit rather than the annex audit that the OTC had requested.
The audit was detailed and thorough, and we benefited from having a framework to follow for improvements, which we swiftly implemented.
I would highly recommend Compass Transport Solutions to any operators looking for assistance, training or guidance

Great personal service with someone who has lots of experience and expertise. Very good analysis, with practical advice for solutions and how to implement them.

Just completed a 10 day Transport Manager Cpc course and sat my exams today 3-12-24.
Well delivered course very relaxed way of learning that I highly recommend.

Hi someone recommend me to John for Operating Licence i contact him and he was so fast to send me invoice to pay for his service he offered i paid on 15/05/2024 but he didn't reply to me in the next 4 months i was keep asking and from his side totally ignorance then one of my friend other friend he did the same with him and he send a court letter then he refunded to him and then he answer my calls and replying to my messages then after 6 months in October 2024 he just submit the application and did nothing in result my Operating Licence application refused. Because he didn't done his work properly and not honestly. please don't use him even he offer you free service. because time is money and he waste time and money too.

Stay well away from this company Compass.

Total fraud .

John will take your money and won't anything for you and he won't answer your calls or emails.

Great service from John on helping us on his application!

THIS company is professional and they are very confident in Transport Law and can help with there knowledge of the PSV industry and Hualage Industry and have a ton of experience in dealing with the Traffic Commissioner and would recommend Compass Transport Solutions for Audits and Transport Manager duties

John provided a brilliant CPC session at our site which is conveniently less than half a mile from his house. That said he still arrived 30 mins early to get set up and familiarise himself with our site.
All my drivers commented it was the best cpc they had done compared to online courses and travelling to mixed classes at other locations. Keeping people interested for 7 hours is hard especially on a Saturday when staff really don’t want to be in work but John easily achieved this with his presentation of the course.
We have now booked in another 4 further cpc sessions throughout the next 3 months to bring all drivers up to date and had a very competitive quote for an audit from John mid year. Quick response via email and WhatsApp with any questions.
I cant recommend Compass Transport Solutions enough.
Much appreciated John,
We looking forward to building our local and professional relationship with you.

Driver CPC training, John was getting every one involved …I’m looking forward to the next one.. Thankyou John for your knowledge and support going above and beyond!

The delivery of the course was brilliant and explained in a way that everyone understood it and after speaking to the team that attended it was the best cpc course we have ever done.
