Complete Physio Reviews 

Physio: James Ticehurst.
I was referred to Complete Physio by a medical consultant (surgeon). James Ticehurst has been an excellent physiotherapist and has helped me with recovery and planning strategies for any set backs. James Ticehurst’s care has been excellent. The exercise plans and apps at Complete Physio are very helpful. James has designed the plans specifically for my condition. I have enjoyed a good deal of progress and I am now starting to enjoy exercise again.

Achilles recovery
I ruptured my left achilles last summer and began physio with Francesco Contiero in October 2025 to supplement the limited physio I am receiving through the NHS.
The quality of treatment is night and day:
- Care. I have training routines on top of my daily rehab routine which we review during our weekly/fortnightly sessions. The approach is 100% tailored to me and takes account of my underlying biomechanics rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.
- Appointments. Due to the number of clinics, I have been able to attend weekly/fortnightly alongside a heavy work schedule and other commitments. I have always been able to get an appointment slot and appointments run on time.
- Technology and equipment. I have had ultrasound scans on my ankle and the machines used for strength tests are very bespoke. Neither of which I have used at my NHS appointments.

Working with Francesco has been a total game changer. I have been able to move though my rehab more mindfully and with more confidence, as he will push me to try things that test my strength, balance and functional movement. I have learned so much from this experience following a horrible accident!

Physio Louise Aylwin has been utterly amazing to work with over the past 6 months. I was referred to her by a Dr as ‘one of the best’ after a big accident left me with a number of serious injuries & barely able to walk. To say she went above & beyond to (quite literally) get me back on my feet is an understatement. She is highly skilled & experienced, very professional, and coordinated regularly with all the Drs involved in my rehab to make sure she was fully informed throughout. Everyone, including me, has been amazed at the speed of my recovery and this is all down to working with Louise.
The setup and facilities at Complete Physio are also excellent.

Marc has been a fantastic physio throughout the last year. Understanding my complaints with my knee, not afraid to try different techniques and refer to consultant where required. Always thorough with his explanations and detailed workouts whether at home or in the gym.

I found Matthew Kent an excellent professional physiotherapist his understanding of the anatomy was clear when he used ultrasound diagnostics on my ankle injury I then received shock wave treatment which was administered again very professionally

Chris Myers is a consummate professional with the added skills of being so open, down to earth and concerned for one's speedy recovery. A superb, bright and friendly set up with many different arms ...

Very straightforward process and thorough appointment with the clinician from diagnosis to treatment plan. I have been here twice now for 2 separate issues and both times have been great.

I had an examination at this clinic and was told I would be contacted afterward. Despite following up myself, I never received any response. The lack of communication and follow-up was disappointing and unprofessional, especially in a healthcare setting where clarity and responsiveness matter. Unfortunately, this experience has affected my trust in the clinic.

Lexi Tanase at Complete Physio is an amazing physiotherapist. Incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely dedicated to finding solutions that actually help. She has helped me with multiple injuries as well as TMJ issues, and I’ve seen real improvement thanks to her care and treatment approach. She takes the time to assess properly, explain what’s going on, and create a plan that feels tailored to you. On top of being highly skilled, Lexi is also super friendly and easy to talk to, which makes every appointment comfortable. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for an excellent physio.

Following my Minimally Invasive Bunion Surgery, I have had excellent help from John Ross at Complete Physio.

I had one physio session with John at the Complete Physio Chelsea clinic and then three subsequent online Zoom sessions from my home. John was very professional and knowledgeable and gave me just the right exercises, advice and encouragement at each different stage of my recuperation.

John was in tune with my needs as a slightly older client, (I’m 71 years young) and was friendly and reassuring. I would have no hesitation at all in recommending him to anyone needing advice and treatment following any similar operation.

My surgeon recommended me to John as being a knowledgeable physiotherapist and I’m very glad that I consulted John for physio treatment following my foot operation.

I had a great experience with David Gruhl for my Morton’s neuroma. He is extremely knowledgeable and experienced and took the time to properly assess my condition, and clearly explained the treatment plan. I felt listened to and supported throughout the session, and the advice and exercises were very practical. I would definitely recommend David to anyone dealing with foot or nerve pain.

I have been seeing David now for a few years now and he is amazing ! Has helped me during my training, recovery with the what and how to do certain exercises. Amazing work !
