Helping with Our Devon Move
We were moving into Devon from the United States and did not know anything about the real estate process here. Lucie was incredibly helpful, patient and reassuring. She helped us through the experience of purchasing our home and helped resolve issues that arose. We are really grateful to Lucie for all her hard work!

Ashleigh was absolutely amazing throughout what turned out to be an incredibly long, drawn-out and, at times, very stressful process! She went above and beyond to help us get to completion, and I genuinely cannot thank her enough for everything she did.
She kept us regularly updated, constantly chased solicitors and other parties for information, and made sure we weren’t left completely in the dark during a process that often felt never-ending. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble for her, and she was always approachable, supportive and determined to help move things forward.
Honestly, there were several points during the process when I think I would have completely lost the plot without her! 😂 Having someone so proactive, reassuring and genuinely invested in getting things over the line made an enormous difference during what was an incredibly frustrating experience.
Ashleigh is an absolute credit to the company. Her communication, dedication and willingness to go above and beyond were outstanding, and she deserves so much recognition for the effort she puts into her job. Helen was fabulous from start to finish We had an unforeseen legal problem which took a while to sort out and while the solicitors were working on it, Helen was the only person who kept in contact regularly and always was available on her phone. Can’t recommend her enough.

I had to sell my Mum's house recently…
I had to sell my Mum's house recently due to her passing. Fortunately I was given a lot of assistance from this company, who helped to make life less stressful for me. Nicola D’Cruze (Sales Progressor) regularly kept me up to date with the progress, and when there were hold ups at the Buyer's end, she'd make all the necessary phone calls to them to speed things up. And the final completion happened on the date that I was promised.
