I would not recommend this company for…
I would not recommend this company for divorce assistance. My experience was unnecessarily difficult, primarily due to poor communication. While a couple of representatives were helpful, most were quite rude. One representative, Jason, even hung up on me after I asked a question he couldn't answer, and I inquired about his tone.I asked for a supervisor twice for assistance and was told they would call me back, but I never received a call. I selected this company solely based on the reviews, but my experience did not reflect those positive comments. I later found out that they were not well-versed in the divorce process for my state, which was frustrating. I purchased the platinum service, hoping it would simplify things, but that was not the case. The directions provided were unclear, causing unnecessary delays.If you're considering a pro se divorce, I recommend seeking help directly from the courts instead. This process is already challenging enough without having to deal with unhelpful staff.

I am a senior now living on SS while…
I am a senior now living on SS while trying to get a divorce. I paid the $299 Complete Case advertised and now they're asking for more money for me to "access" my account. They've already charged me for things I didn't approve and I had to for them to refund. They're scammers and I just want my money back, but now they're ignoring me! I need that money to file for divorce to get alimony and they don't care!! DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!
