If i could give this a no star I would. Discovered they have been taking a direct debit out of my account since September last year. That's 10 months and over € 200.
They had been sending emails which were intercepted by my junk mail - spam filters so I had absolutely no idea.
I think its something to do with domino's pizza. Total scam and really annoyed.

⚠️⚠️Update…….. I know who to read terms and conditions thank you. I am still within my trial period. Here is the message from your site:
Your membership cancelation has been requested on the 13/07/2026 with cancel number S-76087990 . You have access to Complete Savings services until 19/07/2026 20:00:33.
Your membership fee is £18 not £20.50.
The £20.50 I was told would be paid back on to my card. Not taken.
I have the payment transaction ID number and proof from my bank that you tried to take £20.50 out⚠️⚠️
Scam company. Signed up as it sounded ok. Got a £20.50 welcome bonus, great. Withdrew the £20.50 but instead of them depositing to my card like they said, they have tried to CHARGE my card £20.50 so I cancelled during the 7 day free trail straight away. In no way shape or form should this company have charged my account.
Bank has been informed and a block applied. Complaints to various governing bodies have been made.
Please avoid this company like the plague

This is a scam
This is a scam. When you go to buy a ticket with Dublin Express, Complete Savings pops up to offer you 16 euro off your next journey with Dublin Express.
To do this, they make you enter your details, including card details. I did this as I thought I was getting a credit. They don't show you clearly that you are subscribing for 18 euro.
Complete Savings then reject the original offer of 16 euro off and don't tell you that you have subscribed.
It's a scam.

Account cancelled, still waiting for my refund
I was enrolled in this programme after buying a ticket on Lastminute. They charged me 18 Eur/month from March to May, 54 Eur total, without my consent. I have never used the service. They cancelled my account( cancellation number TID 73508446) but didn't send me any proof of refunding yet, and keep sending contradictory email-s. If the amount of 54 Eur is not returned to my card immediately, I'm filing an official complaint with the Europian Consumer Center and opening a Charge back case for corporate fraud.

I assume they took my data by buying a ticket to dublin airport. Never wanted to subscribe and tryied to get out of this writing them.
All the answer are copypaste without any help. Money stolen from my card and still having no support to unsubscribe from this scam!!!!

poor customer support: generic responses that ignore the context
Following a recent experience with your customer service team concerning a major cashback discrepancy with an AliExpress purchase.
While I understand that the missing amount is currently under investigation, and I am hopeful that AliExpress will report the correct full price, the support process itself has been highly frustrating for two main reasons:
Exhausting and unclear communication: The back-and-forth with the support team has been unnecessarily tiring. Despite sending all the required information and screenshots multiple times, I could not get a clear answer as to whether any further details were missing from my end or what the actual status was.
Generic responses that ignore the context: I received copy-pasted answers that did not apply to my specific case. For instance, I was given the standard explanation that cashback does not cover VAT or shipping costs. However, the cashback amount tracked was only about a third of what I actually paid. VAT and shipping absolutely do not account for a 60-70% difference. It felt like the agent did not even look at the numbers I provided and just sent a generic reply instead of addressing my specific issue.
I am sharing this because I believe your team should look at the actual data provided by customers rather than defaulting to generic policies that clearly do not match the math of the specific case.
I hope this feedback helps improve your support process, and I look forward to a fair resolution of my ongoing investigation.

The Trap: By clicking to claim the voucher, you unknowingly signed up for a monthly subscription fee (usually around €15/month) hidden in the fine print.

I’ve received a lot of refunds and cashback from using Complete Savings. Although there is a monthly membership fee, I still find it worth it because the savings from vouchers and cashback more than cover the cost. I recently got 10% off a purchase from GetYourGuide, which was a great bonus.

They advertise with discounts. Instead of an honest credit for Dublin Bus, a monthly subscription fee was secretly added. Not transparent and a rip-off! Not acceptable!

Waste of time and money
You pay the membership monthly with credit card but they send you a check for cash back. Total nonsense. Takes too much time to request the cash back, wait for a cheque and havng to go to the bank to cash it or lodge it. Waste of time. Not worth it.
Update: went to cash one check of 16e, spent 4e in public transport to get to the bank, cheque had some unknown problems and slef service lodging machines would not accept it so had to queue at cashier desk and now i have to wait 5 to 7 working days to see if it clears. Over 2 hours spent in branch plus 4euro transport for a 16euro cheque! Amazing reward!

Bank Details Stolen After Purchase - 90€
I made a purchase through a platform and unfortunately my banking details were stolen by this website . I was charged €90 without authorization. Luckily, I noticed it in time, otherwise I could have kept losing money.
I received an email confirming that I would be refunded, but until now no refund has been processed. Very disappointing and unsafe experience. What to do ??
