Walked in with a dead computer and…
Walked in with a dead computer and walked out half an hour later with it working again. Great service. They worked on it immediately and identified the problem within about 5 mins. Replacement memory chips were available from stock and the team identified that the battery was due for replacement and allowed me to order that separately. The team also provided good advice on other general issues while they were working. Great service and a great result

Attentive, entertaining and on it
As always, the guys at Computer Angels are very helpful and completely on it with setting up my new laptop. (Though I forgot to mention that a backlit computer keypad was a feature I wanted - had assumed all laptops had them these days... So if you do want that, ask them to check their recommendation.) And they're entertaining and explain what they're doing/have done so it helps my understanding too! Definitely value for money!

Computer Angels are WONDERFUL! The staff are highly proficient and offer a friendly, swift and reliable service without fail. They even offer remote technical support which is a godsend. I recommend the Angels to all my friends and wouldn't dream of going anywhere else.
