Haven’t received my package
Haven’t received my package. It was set to be delivered 7/28 at the latest
Edit: due to this helpful response but I want to acknowledge not noting this upfront makes for a bad cx, if it was disclosed it was not obvious to me.
The product hasn’t arrived yet, but when it does I can update again based on the condition it arrives in.

To clarify, we don't provide fixed delivery dates for international shipments, as transit times can vary due to factors beyond our control. Any estimated delivery windows we provide are guidelines only and exclude any customs processing times, which can sometimes take longer than anticipated depending on the destination country's procedures.
Based on the latest tracking information, your package arrived in the US on July 24 and has just been released from customs as of July 30. This means it should now be on its way for final delivery by USPS shortly. We recommend checking the USPS tracking page for the most up-to-date status.

Good selection of products in stock with fast shipping. Needed next day delivery and courier screwed up but Orbit support kept me very well informed and dealt with the issue perfectly. Everything arrived in perfect condition

Bought an rtx 5090 Aorus white gpu.
Bought an rtx 5090 Aorus white gpu.
Cost me over £3300. Was missing rops straight from box. Then to run it in , a friend then bought one approx £800 cheaper (diff retailer ) just two weeks later. Also not refunded postage (still).
Extortionate prices and will not be returning. Can't fault the customer service - dont hold it against you guys at all.

Order arrived as ordered and within expected time frame
Straight forward order and delivery with tax paid up front on order to Ireland, no customs additional. Order was efficiently packaged and everything arrived in perfect condition with no problems.

Excellent service & competitive prices.
I've found Computer Orbit not only had the best price on some hardware I needed, but their customer service was exemplary, very helpful, friendly and professional, and most of all efficient, this is why I try to use smaller businesses instead of giving my money to Amazon, it didn't cost me any more and I felt looked after and valued as a customer, very highly recommended.

Great experience with this company they actually had the parts that I needed in stock unlike other companies that dropship and don’t even check if it’s in stock and you have to wait to get your money refunded back, I placed the order and the delivery came the next day. I would recommend anyone to shop with computer orbit was so happy to get my part so quick.

I bought Rtx 5080 from them and I liked the way they process of the order, I also liked the employees been polite and helpful, When I received my GPU I took it to check and it works and no missing ROP.

Great service
Had to send my motherboard back for a replacement, and Computer Orbit made the whole thing super easy. They tested it quickly and got the replacement sorted without any hassle.
It’s not often you get service this quick and smooth. What could’ve been a bit of a headache turned out to be no trouble at all. Really happy with how it all went.
