I liked this course. A lot of it focuses on writing prompts that you can use to help you in your role as a product owner. Our instructor, Anil, was great. Although this isn't one of the classes he uses his own material for, he knows the content well, and it was a productive course.

Anil has made my learning experience to be a scrum master an amazing and fun experience. He used his expertise and experience to demonstrate how to be an effective scrum master. As a result, I can use these examples that I have learned in class to also become an effective scrum master. I appreciate the time and effort he has put into making this class a memorable experience. Amazing! Great techniques and knowledge for real life situations.

I loved having a small class, which allowed me to ask lots of questions and interact with the instructor and my fellow students. My instructor, Janil was accommodating and adaptable to tailor the agenda to our needs. He shared lots of great personal examples that resonated with me.

I really liked the interactive and engaging way of teaching. Some of the topics I could not get the clarity on how we can implement for real time experiences i had before.

Would highly recommended this course as a new Product Manager.

The class conducted by Anil Jaising was extremely interactive. The handbook/playbook he gave all the participants was very useful. The activities were fun & full of learning. He went the extra mile of making sure all our questions were answered during and after the class. So, I thoroughly enjoyed it.

I recently completed the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) foundational course with Anil from Concepts & Beyond Inc, and I couldn't recommend it more! Anil is a fantastic trainer and coach — super knowledgeable and very engaging.

I really liked how he used breakout rooms and encouraged us to work through concepts in groups, which made the learning experience much more interactive and easier to retain. It wasn’t just theory — it was about applying what we learned in real time.

The way the items were explained and the examples used were so helpful. It was easier to grasp when using real life scenarios and being up and using the method.

I took the CSM course in NYC and it was a great class! It was very interactive and fun. I passed the exam with no problem on the first try. I believe I’ll remember many of these concepts for years to come given the memorable experience in class! Thanks, Anil!
