Had to cancel appointment due to them ordering the wrong tyre. Then took 6 weeks to arrange refund for my payment. Only after threatening legal action did anything get done Never apologised once... Toon meer
Absolutely disgraceful! Had two new tyres fitted then when I got the car back found both alloy wheels damaged. Was told the damage was already there by the mechanic. The car is only 1 year old and the... Toon meer

Great garage
Great garage, always had nothing but good experiences at MK and Leicester when i used to live there. The team has awsome technical knowledge and knows what they are doing. Never any trouble with trying to swindle me at all. Staff explain exactly what needs doing and why, so a lesson in how cars work always thrown in which is nice!

Excellent service from Coventry staff members. Extremely friendly helpful and knowledgable. Slightly more expensive than some others but definitely worth it for the better quality, no point taking chances with your car's safety!!

This was the first time I've used…
This was the first time I've used Concorde, on recommendation, and have to say that they were very good in the recent MOT of my Mazda MX5. They were courteous over the phone, welcoming when I dropped off my car, incredibly good value, and I'll definitely be using them in the future.
My only suggestion would be signage of where exactly to find them when you go through the gate to the units, but other than that spot on.

Dangerous tyre inflation
Fitted four tyres ..fronts should be 36 psi and rears 40 psi. Concords idea of this was:
Front right: 47
Front left: 32
Rear right: 35
Rear Left: 45
The handling was shocking and given I went straight on to a motorway it was lethal. Seriously unimpressed!

Quick affordable service
Quick affordable service. Have used before and will continue to use as is local to my work. No hard selling, they tell you whats wrong and no pressure to have work done if you dont want to. Good advise on any other issues your car may have, but again they do not pressurise you into having the work done.

Concorde flying high.
Good response over phone when getting quote, was given appointment for fitting within 24hrs. Fitting took about 15 mins, asked for and was given advice about my car. No worries, will use them again.
