Excellent company. Fast dispatch and great service. Good product and discreet packaging. If I had any complaints it wouldn't be with the company but with the courier.
arrived very quickly, product is excellent and silk thin as promised, barely felt. Customer service were very helpful when previous order didn't arrive and gave full refund.

Hi Tunde Aduragbemi
Thank you for your review. We're sorry to hear this order didn't meet your expectations.
We don't have any record of hearing from you about it directly, so we'd encourage you to email us at hello@condoms.uk with your order number and the batch number printed on the box. Product quality complaints are something we take seriously and pass to the manufacturer, so the more detail you can give us the better.
We do note that this is now the second time you've ordered from us, not communicated with us in any way, and left a 1 star review for us - despite having our contact information. We cannot help you if we are not aware there's a problem with an order. Secondly, we note that out of the five reviews posted on your Trustpilot profile, four of them are 1 star reviews for various companies. Do you have anything positive at all to say?
Yours

Hi Mr Parre
Thanks for the feedback, we are sorry to hear your order hasn't arrived. We despatch orders same day, so this is a delay with the carrier rather than a hold-up at our end — but either way, it's not the experience we want you to have.
Reading your Trustpilot review was the first we knew of it, so I've emailed you directly to confirm your delivery address and we'll get it resolved straight away, either with a replacement or a refund, whichever you prefer.
If anything like this happens again, please drop us a line first — we answer within the hour in most cases and can usually sort it the same day.
Yours

Customer service is great but delivery bad
Customer service is great but they use Evri, who are all but reliable. My parcel got “lost”. Luckily they refunded me, no questions asked but as long as they use Evri, I can’t use them. I lost a number of parcel when Evri were delivering

Hi Kai
Thank you for your custom and your kind words about our customer service team!
We do offer a range of carriers on checkout — including DPD, InPost and Royal Mail delivery and pickup options. Evri is simply our default as it keeps standard delivery costs as low as possible, but if it's not worked well in your area, any of the alternatives can be selected at checkout on your next order.
We'd love to have you back — and as you found, if anything ever does go wrong, we'll always put it right quickly, no questions asked.
Yours
