Had a problem with my first order not being what I ordered. Their customer service team responded in like an hour and sent a replacement immediately. The new tube is perfect. 10/10 for how they handled it.

Delivered ok but no protection I’ve been burnt using this it’s definitely not factor 50 !!

Buyer Beware!!!
This is a total scam. They ship from China & product never arrives. When you contact them they apologize & buy time by resending. Two months have gone by & no sunscreen. I asked for a refund & got no response.
Lesson learned plus it's supposedly made in China.... NO Thanks🇺🇸

Unsafe products and poor refund handling

I ordered three sunscreens from Confiditashop and requested to cancel and receive a refund shortly after placing the order. They ignored my request.

The sunscreens I received are unsafe, misleadingly labelled, and do not match the advertised description. They pose a real health risk. I shudder to think what could have happened if I had trusted these products. They claim its with SPF, but no where on the product does it say so. There is only written "Sunscreen" on the product.

According to EU consumer law, I’m entitled to a full refund when goods are not as described or are unsafe—especially since I cancelled well within the 14-day withdrawal period. Confiditashop’s failure to refund the full amount is a clear violation of consumer rights.

I am still demanding a full refund and am more than willing to send these questionable products (which appear to be made in China) back to Sweden.

I brought this in good faith , we always use green people sunscream.
Im furious how bad this is ! I never burn normally, me and my partner have burned so bad on out first day using this!! Avoid!!! Its terrible , totally ruined our first few days on our holiday .

I never received my order, when I wrote them they replied I had to go check it out with a courier service, which was based in another country. Total scam, stay away!

Sie verkaufen eine angeblich organische Sonnencreme, die dann aus China ankommt und alles andere als natürlich ist. Inhalt: Titanium Dioxide - nachweislich krebserregend.

Danach wird einem vom Kundenservice angeboten, dass die Hälfte des Preises erstattet wird oder man auf eigene Kosten das Paket nach China zurücksenden kann und dann die Erstattung erfolgt. Absolute Betrugsmasche!!

Oh yes - Shit ingredients.

I was only out in the sun for 30 minutes, and got a pretty bad burn. Will be throwing it away immediately, and so glad it didn’t make it into my bag so I used my other sunscreen on my kid.

This stuff is awful!! We went to the beach yesterday, applied the suncream every 90 mins and we have come away with almost 3rd degree burns! It’s awful product. It doesn’t smell or spread like tall and is totally unless. Stay clear!!!!!!

On the website it shows 9000 review Trustpilot 5* which is not reflecting the reality when we come to Trustpilot website...

I bought this to use as a non toxic sunscreen - it had ZERO SPF protection. I spent two hours in the sun and burnt pretty badly. DO NOT BUY AND DO NOT USE. Total scam and my skin paid for it

Total scam. Avoid at all costs. Website incorrect. As others have said, additional ingredients in product including Titanium Dioxide. Also clearly imported product as had Heathrow Airport label on packaging. Two out of the three bottles were bashed also.

This product is fake. Says made in China, shipped from china. Second ingredient is titanium dioxide. Smells like cheap hand lotion. Definitely got scammed unfortunately.

Do not use! All the products are exactly the same cream even the suncream which will not protect you from the sun, Very dangerous game especially when people are buying this for their children!

Really unhappy to see after checking tracking as it is taking so long that this product comes from China, I have emailed and they have informed me it is FDA approved which I don't really care or trust as we are in Europe and many things FDA approved are not approved here. I really wish I had checked reviews like I did when I ordered a Beef Tallow Moisturiser..AND WE STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED OUR ORDER AFTER WEEKS...

Sendung kam aus China. Sunscreen Face&Body 50 enthält Titanium Dioxide! Einmal eingeschmiert und einen ordentlichen Sonnenbrand nach nur 25min im Garten an der Sonne gekriegt! Finger weg von diesem Zeug, das ist bestimmt keine Sonnencreme.

Scam. The website claims there are only 8 ingredients but this product contains Titanium Dioxide which is a harmful chemical and NOT listed on their website. Disgusting.

Used this on my children today in the sun and they got burnt to a crisp. Do not use this product
