Very disappointing experience with Confirmo.

I made a payment of 11.922981 USDT using the TRC20 network. The payment was successful but later had to be refunded. However, I only received 3.362863 USDT back.

This means that more than 8.5 USDT were deducted from the refund.

According to the public blockchain transaction, the actual network fee on TRON was only 0.345 TRX (just a few cents). Despite this, Confirmo claims that the difference was caused by “network execution costs”.

Blockchain data clearly shows that the network fee was extremely low, so the explanation provided does not match the publicly verifiable data.

I requested a detailed breakdown of the fees, but none was provided. Instead, I received repeated explanations about network congestion that do not align with the blockchain record.

I strongly recommend that anyone using Confirmo carefully review their refund policies before making a payment.

Recently I made a transaction to the wrong address , but still I reached them out gave them all the information that they needed , They charge 20$ + 10% of the total Funds and at last they gave me the remaining funds.

I am very disappointed with Confirmo's service. I accidentally sent USDT via the opBNB network to their BSC address. Initially, their support confirmed via email that a manual recovery was possible for a 10% fee. However, they have now changed their stance, claiming they cannot see or recover the funds.
​Technically, since opBNB is EVM-compatible, they have access to the funds if they hold the private keys to the BSC wallet. The funds are clearly visible on the blockchain (TXID: 0x50f930c3be5cd6e6552b722dc5575dbd1bf80a2f9faf4715de8006b298da5c62). Refusing to help after promising a recovery is unacceptable. I expect a professional resolution immediately

I have provided the TXID (0x0dcd5ac89f4d4d075a028d1695357333f4bc4734a873a39b499e51126fc4242e) and screenshots to both GFT support (Smith) and Confirmo (Nicholas), but they keep stalling. Smith keeps saying the ID is wrong while Confirmo says they are 'reviewing' it for days. This is highly unprofessional and feels like a scam. I want my account activated IMMEDIATELY or a full refund."

I am writing this to warn the entire trading community about Confirmo. I sent $126.185 USDT to a wallet generated by their gateway for a MyFundedFutures purchase on January 12, 2026. Due to a network selection error, the funds were sent via the opBNB network instead of BSC.
Even though Confirmo owns the private keys to this wallet (as it is the same address on both EVM chains), they have refused to spend 2 minutes to manually recover my funds for over 70 days. I have provided clear proof from the merchant (MyFundedFutures) that the money is held by Confirmo, yet their support agents (Gabriel and Nicholas) hide behind "system limitations."
This is not a technical impossibility; it is a choice to withhold customer property. They have now effectively closed my ticket and refused to provide further updates while my money sits in THEIR wallet. If you value your funds and professional accountability, stay away from this provider.
