Conkauk Reviews

Have now bought several raised bed kits as they are so good

delivered on time. good product

I ordered 2 raised bed kits. Only 3 out of 4 of the order arrived, however after a phone call and email this was corrected. I noticed that some panels had no pre-drilled holes and the pre-drilled holes on the other panels were in the wrong place. I was offered some refund or for correctly drilled panels to be sent, but I decided instead to press on. The panels were not accurately cut to the same length and some were not cut square but slightly slanting. This meant the neat overlap in the corners did not work. The result was the bed was about an inch wider than expected- it would have been fine but I was slotting in between two other existing beds and these had to be sawn down for it to fit. I don't know if I am going to construct the other bed since I will have the same problems and should have spent the money on getting on decently made kit.
Three stars because the staff were helpful and did offer a partial refund or to replace the panels- though I decided not to take it up, it was a generous offer. However the goods were simply not up to standard.

Bought a pdotwolf double sided raised planter for our strawberries. Easy to assemble and excellent value. Arrived in a couple of days. Highly recommend.

I am still waiting for half of my order to be delivered. What looked like a warehouse error meant that a pack of 2 plant saucers were sent instead of 2 x a pack of 2. Despite two e-mails to enquires, where I got an answer very quickly, still the missing pack has not been received. It is now three weeks since my original order was placed and I have 3 matching pots awaiting saucers.

Very disappointing. Poor customer service and delivery service. Product still not turned up to even rate the actual product I ordered. Won’t be using again.

Excellent service and product value for money

Great product, delivered quickly and excellent service all round

Quick delivery

Great panels, perfect for my clematis, at a good price too. Will probably order more shortly. They arrived on time too, very happy, thank you

Great products, came with extra fittings to put up as well.
They arrived quickly and well packaged from a friendly company. 😉

Raised bed; reasonably priced, went together easily. Arrived in quick time. Thank you

Clueless customer service, poor quality raised beds. There are better and cheaper options out there.

Great service delivered with care will be back in the future, Well done.

I ordered two veg bed kits from Conka and they are wonderful. They look great! There was some items missing but the customer service was great and it was shipped straight away and arrived quickly. Very happy experience shopping on Conka & a kind customer service team. Thank you 🙏🏽

Easily accessible website, quick delivery, good product at a sensible price. Thank you.

The raised bed kits arrived exactly as expected. They were well packed and the instructions straightforward. They didn't take long to put together and have made a big difference to our garden. All the fittings and materials seem like good quality. A power screwdriver is a must during assembly. The postage was good value.
