Connectteam has been so easy to use and has a lot of extra features that have been such a time saver. We started using it for clocking in, and this year we've been utilizing the forms and scheduling sections. Being able to import a client list and have all the addresses right there is invaluable to a service business. Having all the team's info they need in one spot has been great!

Everything just smooth with this network

Seamless ADP Integration has been a great help with processing payroll. Only used it twice and they already upgraded the integration with more helpful tools

Their automated help and resources are great, and the customer service team is usually very responsive to my issues and answering questions. They are continuously making updates but I wish it was easier to make requests instead of having to post in a facebook group.

ConnectTeam has really allowed us to bring our field operations together. We are able to stay in better communication with all employees and it offers one cohesive platform for operations as it applies to our whole team.

What made my experience great with connect team is that it's available as a mobile app and on web for bigger device use, making it portable and easy to use. My team have no issues working their way around the app as it provides clear instructions on how to use it and everything is labeled well, you can also chat within this system making it a safe option for the workplace as all things said can be confined to the one place. setting tasks, getting in contact with, making and moving schedules around, giving updates and so much more has never been easier to do !

Awesome streamlining and makes business efficient

We love using Connecteam as an easier communication tool among our members. It also works great to track hours worked for each member.

Making the decision to use the Connecteam Program has been a game changer. The time it takes to do the rosters are halved and its so easy for all users to see what shifts they have. Being able to make templates specific to our needs has also made rostering a lot easier.

When we promoted a new manager recently, one of the first orders of business was to find a scheduling program that would bring us out of the dark ages of an Excel-spreadsheet calendar and into the current century.

Enter stage left: Connecteam.

This is hands-down one of the easiest and most intuitive apps I've ever worked with for something of this nature. Everything just makes sense, that's all there is to it. We love it, our team loves it, upper management / corporate loves it - it's a win-win all around!

The app allows us to centralize where our staff goes for information and has proven to be extremely helpful and more efficient than how we previously scheduling and tracked hours. Some staff have reported issues with the app not loading properly, and and issues trying to clock in (have to clock in a second time for it to work ).
The interface is well designed for employees and admin use; easy to navigate and find what you’re looking for.
