Connected Coffee 2x bags amazing fast shipping.

Haven't tried yet need a espresso machine but damn fast shipping nice work. Won it too so only needed to tell them what grind I wanted it and also even if not beans you will get.

Great company - Impact Blend Coffee

Great company! Ordered Impact blend coffee. Full of flavour. Just found my new favourite!

Delivery was a little slow, but I'm sure it's due to coronavirus and delays with Auspost. Got delivery confirmation in about 24 hours after ordering.

Ordered mid June...hmmmmm. Not yet received

Ordered mid June.... still hasn’t been sent (3 weeks later). Oh well.....got duped I guess

Checked emails again....and clicked on the link to check when it was sent and delivery information. It is still showing at “we are getting your order ready. Come back to check this page for updates on shipment stage”. I have not received any email or update advising of any tracking number at all. Hard to track a parcel when this info hasn’t been provided.

I haven’t made false accusations at all. I haven’t received your product

Hi Vicki, please check your emails. We sent your order via Auspost and a postage confirmation to you on 17 June. We’ll follow up with Auspost to see what’s happened but this is the 1st we had heard that you didn’t receive the package yet.

If you could contact us on customer@connected.coffee with more detail about specifically why you think it's average compared to other roasted coffee we'd appreciate it.

Potentially you're used to a different roast profile, different flavour profiles or coffee that's more suited to the type of brew method you're using. If you could elaborate on your feedback, that would be useful.

Also note, we offer unlimited brewing support for all customers when it comes to choosing the right type of coffee for their particular tastes and brewing method. We also help our customers brew the coffee as best as possible.

Disappointed beyond belief

The coffee took over 4 weeks to arrive. I had won it in a competition. Then l was asked to pay for the coffee. I didn’t pay and l will definitely not be recommending your company to anybody. Actually to opposite, telling people it isn’t worth the wait.

You're right, there have been significant delays in getting your order and we apologise for this. As we've already consistently communicated, we are doing the best we can considering that most of our suppliers and delivery services have been delayed during and post COVID-19 restrictions.

In terms of asking to pay for the coffee, we didn't ask you to pay for the coffee. There was an issue with Auspost overcharging for packages and we already communicated to you in advance that we will cover the cost for you.

At no point did we expect you to pay us for the coffee that you won.

The good news is, the delivery timeframes are going back to normal. So if you order your next fresh batch of coffee from us, you can expect it to be delivered in 3-5 business days (or 5-7 business days if you're in a remote area of Australia)

So if you are going to tell people about us, also don't forget to tell them the above points and that we're a social enterprise that contributes 100% of the profit to help end poverty and inequality throughout the globe.

I’ve been waiting weeks for my first order. You sent out emails to say it was in the post. Then the other day when I replied to say I still haven’t recieved my first lot, you said it finally when out in the mail the othe other day.
