The translation was good, yet it took 5 business days to get, not 2-3, as advertised. The notarization, aggressively promoted as necessary for further authentication, proved to be . . . useless because the Office of Secretary of State accepts only pen-and-ink originals, not printouts of digital copies. Connected Translation should have posted a disclaimer about this requirement while offering digital delivery of the notarization.

It sends a large extra fee balance and force payment in order to get the order done, after ordering and paying on their website normally. They do not refund what you paid through their website if you want to cancel at this point, and push you to pay for the extra as there is no refund, and no more reply nor any product/translation delivered if you do not pay for the added fees.

Fast clear efficient delivery of services

Did not translate their Translator's Certificate of Accuracy in the language of the reader, which is what I ordered. This "certificate" is part of what you pay for.

The Notary they use is in CA. If you need an Apostille Seal, you will have to get the document Notarized again as states Dept. Of State does not accept foreign state Notaries.
I asked about this and they stated for another 30.00 they could provide, what they already provide, the document in the language you requested. WHAT?

I spoke to a representative, I believe his name was Zach, at 1:05pm EST yesterday, February 10, 2026, he assured me their system has my 12 page translation in the system for delivery no later than 6:30pm that same day, February 10th.
He explained that my 10:46 am order made that 1st day ineligible to count as 1st day, that's why February 10th was still considered 4 business days.
Now we are on the 5th business day, really 5 1/2, with no translation to bring my surgical notes to my post operation appointment with my new surgeon.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Connected Translation (connectedtranslation.com).

The translation quality was poor and careless, with multiple errors in names, formatting, and official wording — issues that are unacceptable for certified or official documents. I specifically needed the translation for formal use, yet the final result was not compliant with standard requirements and required significant corrections.

Communication was also frustrating. Requests for revisions were either misunderstood or handled inadequately, leading to unnecessary delays and wasted time.

For a service that presents itself as professional and suitable for official purposes, the quality delivered was far below expectations.

I would not recommend Connected Translation to anyone who needs accurate, reliable, or certified translations, especially for education, immigration, or professional use.

FRAUDULENT PRACTICE. After you upload your document the price you are quoted for the translation is INCORRECT, after you pay thinking that the price you agreed to is the price for the translation, you will get an email about an outstanding balance of HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS. They offer no refunds of your original payment of $30+ and your credit card companies will not help you because you “agreed” to the original purchase so they disregard that they use it as bait to then email about the outstanding balance to actually complete your request. Horrible people. Disgusting practice.

Everything went good other than a lack of communication about when the translation was done. The time it took was good, only 4 days. The final test will be if the German government accepts the translation as accurate.

The start was easy, but after that I received I think two emails that made me think that I was in a wrong truck. It was that I needed to pay again to have the work done. All this happened over a weekend. Monday morning everything was clarified and Monday late afternoon I have received my translation
