We travel the US and value our internet connectivity. After watching countess UTube vids and reading even more reviews, we decided to try Connecten. After a little more than one year and traveling from New England to Southern CA and back, we could not be any happier with our router, the service and most importantly, their Technical/Customer Support; especially Misti. When we’re in poor reception areas, we simply text Misti and she quickly answers and starts refining our router’s reception. Its worked everytime and we’ve never waited for good reception more than 10 minutes. That’s sumply world-class. And, Misti does it all with professionalism, grace, humor and speed. Her constant communication and follow-up makes u feel ur the only customer they have. And, each time we’ve camped in a difficult/remote reception area, Misti has been able to magically get us good reception. Cannot say enough good things about Connecten or Misti.

ConnecTen Internet has a great product, and outstanding customer service. One time I had to move the antenna array from the rear of my trailer to the front to get better reception, but honestly, how often is one NOT in cell tower range? This is SO much better AND cheaper than any satellite subscription, or at the very least the go-to as the main back-up for satellite. I'm truly impressed with it, and am a customer for life.

The team at Connected are the best and the service is great both me and my wife work from our camper while we are on the road we had a connection issue and I called them and Rochelle had us up and on the best network for our area that we are staying in. I can't say enough good about this company if you are looking for a Great internet service go with them you won't regret it.

The service works well and has the feature of working anywhere, city, rural, camping in the mountains, it's unique. Tyler is their main rep and true gem - very capable and eager to be of service. Rare in this tech area. Highly recommend!

We travel in our RV. We stay connected much of the time. Very nice service.

Connecten has been amazing for me and in the nearly 2 years I have traveled across the country with my 5g router I have ony found 2 spots where I couldn't connect. Those spots were WAY off grid and known blackout zones. Tonight Mysti helped me when I traveled to yet a new location and she was super helpful not only in resolving my connection issues, but we made each other laugh when I accidentally unplugged the router and she couldn't "see it". Totally my fault and we both had a good chuckle about that. Now it's connection is once again perfect! I highly recommend Connecten. It even works in the trees when Starlink customers can't see satellites!

We needed a stronger signal and Angel took care of that in a few minutes. We travel full time so sometimes we make this same request depending on where we are and it’s always handled to our satisfaction. Excellent customer service!

Picked up a new box from these guys over at the show in Quartzsite, came back to my campsite and this thing is working better than my neighborhood starlink!! I don’t think k I even need the rest of the trial period 😎

we met Tyler and the crew at the RV show in quartzite and they were very friendly and knowledgeable and explained how everything worked and although I didn't have the money to take advantage of the show special Tyler promised that he would honor the deal when I do need it in a month and a half when my trip is starting so I plan on getting with him then, their speeds at the show were amazing and better than any other over there so I'm excited to try it

I’ve been using ConnecTen Internet for a few months now as a remote worker, and it’s been fantastic. The 5G speeds are impressive, and the nationwide coverage means I stay connected wherever I go. Love the flexibility of their plans -
The customer support really stands out. Anytime I’ve had questions about setup or connectivity, they’ve been quick to help and genuinely knowledgeable. The 5G router works great, and I appreciate the priority access during busy times.

Chatted with Angel a few times now and he has been great. I’ve had my service checked for the fastest speed while out in the RV and they always get it right! They make it easy to suspend and start my service anytime I ask them to on their chat. Always satisfied with their service!

I have ConnecTen...live out in the country so my signal strength changes...this time my router wasn't letting the company know its working. Mysti was my service rep...she got it working quickly and with EXCELLENT customer service....if I could give 6 stars, I would!
