Joe has been fantastic! Always on the ball and updating during and outside of working hours! Bradley was our mortgage advisor for purchase of our buy to let property and we found him very professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy.

So we had a very difficult situation due to my tax residency and use of funds but Connect found a lender that could help. Now the lender was difficult at times and not particularly good, but Connect were always there to help and I really felt like they were always in my corner fighting for us when issues came up.

Most lenders in the UK are awkward and difficult so a brokers job is more difficult than ever (as an ex broker myself) and Bradley from Connect certainly was always there and well supported by his colleagues (especially Wasif).

What can I say other than an Fantastic.

After being let down badly by our go to mortgage guy we approached Bradley as a last resort as were very very limited time wise to secure our forever home. We was was told by our previous mortgage advisor that there wasn't any products out there for us and basically that was it. It took 6 weeks for him to come to this conclusion.

I approached Bradley on a Friday evening, I think out of hours, he replied instantly and managed a mortgage in Principle that very evening! He then secured us a mortgage offer with our now lender within a week!

The guy is an absolute legend, a job to them but real life/dreams for us and myself and family most certainly wouldn't be sat in our dream home as I write this had I not have called Bradley that Friday evening.

Nothing was too much trouble, dealt with issues raised by solicitors and was always at the end of the phone if we needed anything or questions answered.
