This company were brilliant from start to finish. The trades that came to do the job were very tidy punctual and very professional

Although we eventually did not have any work carried out by this company please be aware of our experience.
We paid a £2000 deposit against a £6500 quote to install a solid roof on our conservatory.
We were given a written quotation on the day of the survey,we signed the paperwork as acceptance & paid the deposit by credit card.
We checked Trustpilot reviews prior to engaging with the company & there were no red flags.
Within 48hrs of paying the deposit a number of negative reviews appeared which suggested our deposit may be at risk.The owner of the business,Gary Saunders,appears to be associated with a number of other companies which have CCJ's associated with them.

We spoke with Citizens Advice who provided a template to cancel the contract under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.We did this & were informed by the company that a refund would be provided within 30 days & not the 14 days under the regulations.
It became apparent that when we signed the contract we were not given the Terms & Conditions page of the document.
Should you still wish to proceed with a contract with them please be aware of the following:
1. In addition to the 1st page of the quote which contains the technical detail & the cost(the page you sign) there should be a 2nd page with the companies Terms & Conditions.
2.Please read the T&C's as after 14 days there is no refund of your deposit.If you cancel within 14 days you will hopefully get your money back within 30 days.
3.You may be offered a Money Transfer option to pay the deposit,our advice is to pay by credit card for your protection under Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act.
4.We paid by credit card & invoked a dispute with our credit card company.They returned our deposit not Conservatory Renovation.

We had our conservatory roof replaced with a tiled roof in Worksop. We are very pleased with the finish and can highly recommend.

My work was completed end of June 2026. From quotation to completion I met friendly, professionals. Works completed on time and to a wonderful standard. Would recommend them to anyone considering a new roof.

Avoid at all costs! As other reviewers have said, I also fell victim to a Gary Saunders as he was operating under another company name. Gave him £8500 for which I received nothing! There is currently a very strong Trading Standards investigation into him. Do not give this man your money!!!!

Gary Saunders is the owner of this business and he has taken a deposit of £4,375 from me with no intention of completing the work in one of his other businesses.

To date I have been told by Gary Saunders that he is away for the weekend, poor weather has delayed the team, his mum is ill, he needs to put a different team onto my job, he’s at the TT races, at a wedding and also too drunk to drive to the office following day! All of these are on text messages from him so happy to provide evidence to Trust pilot when they no doubt contact me.

Very happy with the service provided and the quality of the work undertaken. Paid a 20% deposit and the work was done 4 weeks later over a period of 3 days despite some inclement weather.

We contracted Gary Saunders (who has previously traded under other company names) to carry out building works at our home.
Some initial work was completed, after paying a large deposit however after break down in communication and refusal to pay back our fund building controlled deemed the work not to standard and ultimately had to be removed and redone at our own expense.

Trading Standards is currently investigating Mr Saunders and the many previous companies he has used and since dissolved.

We would strongly recommend avoiding this business and carry out due diligence, check company history carefully, and ensure appropriate safeguards are in place before making any payments.

From start to finish, the job took 4 days.
Tidy workers and a wonderful end result with the new conservatory roof. It’s yet to be tested in wet weather, but it’s already much more comfortable on sunny days.
The flashing is neat and stepped—so much better than what was there before. The plastering is a work of art, and both the guttering and roof are good quality and cleanly fitted.
All rubbish was removed at the end of the job.
I would happily have them work on our home again.

We are very pleased with our new conservatory roof. The guys were very friendly and their workmanship was spot on. They were very methodical to ensure the room was always protected. They also cleared up all their rubbish and left the area clean and tidy. The plasterer was brilliant and did a fantastic job. The only issue we had was the initial communication - we paid the deposit then it all went quiet and we had to chase them to find out when we were getting it done. They just need to improve on their communication with customers, other than this we would highly recommend.

Prompt response when 1st enquired, worked around my work commitments, team that carried the work out were clean and tidy and very efficient they, kept me well informed daily. Amazing job and so pleased with the work carried out.

Unfortunately it pains me to send this review as the conservatory itself is sound.
Although there was little by way of reviews Gary assured me that things would be ok. I gave a two star for the roof renovation. The new guttering leaks still only to be told I would need to pay for the fix. I accepted there could be snagging issues but never expected to have to pay for them since it's only been a few weeks.

The replacement windows I'm still waiting on. After several back and forth calls and now no response I am to assume these will not be done. I am very disappointed it has come to this as I was hoping to give a glowing review. But it turns out that's not the case.

Edit: well it’s Monday and no sign of them. Overpromised and under delivered.

Edit 2: Thank you for the phone call, but aster 5 month still my home isn't finished so if nothing has been done in the next 10 days I will be forced to seek legal action.

After extensive research decided to go with Conservatory Renovation as previous reviews were good, price point was very competitive and examples of previous jobs looked excellent. The workmanship of the guys for the transformation was nothing short of first class…they were extremely diligent, very respectful of the property and ensured all waste was removed at the end of the job. I was not disappointed with the finished new roof and after the plasterer has completed his magic inside, the end product was truly fantastic. Would have no hesitation in recommending this company in the future.

Wanted our old conservatory roof replacing, this company provided a very reasonable quote. They stuck to the promised timeline, a team of 3 worked together well and completed the job efficiently to a very good standard. This included a local plasterer who was also organised for us as part of the deal. Overall very satisfied.

Decided to replace my old conservatory roof. From the moment of Gary coming to give me the quote he was very professional and friendly , no pressure sales and straight to the point.
I then had Shane and Matt fit my roof. They were absolutely fantastic. Great work, very professional and went above and beyond.
The plastering done by Charlie was fantastic too.
I could not ask for a better company to do my roof and a very reasonable price .
I would highly recommend if you’re looking to have your conservatory roof replaced with a tiled one. It’s made mine a usable room now and makes a great asset to my house .

We have been looking for a while to change the roof , every where else was too expensive , these guys came in with a realistic quote . The work they did was to a very good standard , to be totally honest i couldn't fault the job . They covered up the flooring there gear was kept Tidy .Danny the plaster was brilliant , attention to detail second to none

Decided to replace my old roof, had this company out they came same day, gave a quote on the day.. The lads who fitted the roof were friendly and cracked on from arrival and love my new roof. Highly recommend great job..
