If I could give this company a 0 I would this company not only consistently lie about your purchase they also send it broken (I got told it has only ever happened to me) but I don’t belive that after reading the reviews The constantly lying to me saying “I will check with my team give me a moment then 24 hours later tell you the same thing it’s a joke I ordered this console before Christmas it came in January I then had to send it back to be fixed they told me I quote “we changed the motherboard” but then 2 days after receiving the pc it did the same thing I am not waiting for a whole new pc I sent it back last Wednesday they revived it on Thursday (next day delivery) I have now been asking for a update she sad 5 days max and it will be sent back out im not wanting to know if its sent back out yet since it still hasn’t been them 5 days but what I am wanting to know is if they have started building it yet but all the assistance does is ignore me when she finds out its me on the other end it’s beyond a joke my advice dont buy from this company and if u do your at risk of this happening to you also read the other reviews I will be more than happy to take this down after I see this company be legitimate
No refund 4-weeks later!
I purchased a refurbished desktop but changed my mind on the spec. I cancelled the order before it was shipped, but 4 weeks later I’m still waiting to be refunded. Communications are awful, with the chat assistant taking on average 24 hours to respond, each time telling me it’s “in process”… My advice, don’t buy from here.

A totally ruined Christmas for my son / family when we were let down but not told until Christmas Eve. Thanks a bunch ConsoleKiller.
As many others have said, there is a major re-think needed on customer communications. Disconnected phone numbers, ghosting for weeks with email, glacial responses on web chats. Quite appalling.
And when a refund was finally confirmed……. surprise surprise there was scant communication apart from a “PayPal malfunction”. Nothing for weeks. They are taking us all for fools.
If you do chose to use this ramshackle organisation, I recommend using PayPal, whose dispute resolution service is the most efficient and magnificent customer experience I’ve had in years.

Bought a PC from them last Sunday arrived with in week, the lady on live chat was very helpful. PC has arrived today in full working order and is in great condition ☺️

I ordered a PC on 3rd December for a Christmas present - when ordering I was assured it would arrive in time. I was promised this until 23rd December when I was told the PC would not be ready.
I requested a refund on 24th December. I have been given excuse after excuse as to why the refund has not gone through. It is now 11th February and I have finally got my money back through raising a dispute with my bank, not from the supplier.
Please do not order from this company - I don’t think it even is a legitimate company at all.
The phone numbers on their website/email footer do not work.
The stress this has caused over Christmas was immense.

I am writing as a representative for Lee regarding the ongoing chargeback and refund matter, which has remained unresolved since 11 November
We have carefully reviewed the full email correspondence between Lee and your company. It is evident that Lee has communicated in a reasonable, patient, and cooperative manner throughout, repeatedly allowing additional time for issues to be resolved, accepting apologies for incorrect and damaged goods being supplied, and accommodating assurances given by your staff.
However, the correspondence also shows a repeated pattern of assurances that were not fulfilled. Specifically:
- Multiple emails stated that the PC would be delivered by certain timeframes, including “before Christmas,” without any confirmed or honoured delivery date.
- Repeated statements (on several occasions) indicated that a refund had been “issued” or that “funds had been released.”
- When Lee requested confirmation or proof of the refund, only vague screenshots were provided, containing no dates or traceable transaction references.
It was entirely reasonable for Lee to question these claims. From a professional standpoint, this sequence of communication does not reflect well on a company of your size and gives the appearance of delay and inconsistency.
Of particular concern is a later email sent to Lee’s family instructing that no further contact be made and stating that the matter would be dealt with exclusively via the chargeback process through the bank.
If the chargeback process is active, then it cannot simultaneously be true that:
1. A refund has already been issued directly by your company, and
2. The funds are awaiting recovery through the interbank chargeback process.
Both explanations cannot be accurate at the same time, and clarification is required.
For transparency and to help bring this matter to a conclusion, we now request the following:
1. Confirmation that you have formally accepted the chargeback dispute with your bank.
2. The name of the bank your company uses, so that the relevant institutions may liaise if necessary.
3. Confirmation that you have contacted your bank to request that the chargeback recovery process be expedited.
Lee is currently recovering from a serious mental health crisis and is unable to work. He has ongoing financial commitments and remains in hospital receiving treatment. Resolving this matter promptly will significantly assist in stabilising his situation and allowing him to move forward.
Once the above information has been provided and the recovery process confirmed, neither Lee nor I will need to contact your company again, and our dealings )

This company is a scam. Do not buy from them you will not receive your goods. I ordered refurbished PC on dec 6th. They told me it was being delivered next day delivery by DPD on two different days but nothing arrived. Their phone lines have been disconnected also their emails keep bouncing back so there is no way in contacting them. They are thieves. STAY AWAY FROM THEM

If I could give this company zero stars I would. I purchased a pc 6 weeks ago which was ment to be delivered within 5 days the day after I asked if the company could upgrade the graphics card and paid them an extra £100 for this upgrade, I expected the pc within 5 days . After a month of waiting and them repeatedly saying they will send next week I cancelled the order, it has taken 13 days for them to initiate a refund since I cancelled and now they have only issued £149 of the £449 I have paid them . Do not buy anything from this company it is nothing but stress for absolutely nothing.
To add to this review it's now been over 3 months and I'm having to go to small claims court to get the refund I'm owed as this company have stolen my money. I waited for one month after confirming my upgrade before cancelling the order due to not receiving the item and the company being unable to confirm when I would receive it.

Sent an order for a mid-range gaming PC…
Sent an order for a mid-range gaming PC on 10th November. Waited for 3 weeks and was told the waiting times are long due to Black Friday. I felt 3 weeks are still quite a long time regardless, but just told myself to wait because it'll be worth it.
Received the PC in good packaging. PC tower itself looked brand new, the LED lights were cool. Turned it on and checked out the specs, I was satisfied.
Next day on second time of switching on, screen went green.
Had to go back to emails back and forth which was frankly frustrating in itself. There should at least be better communication when the product is faulty!
Received returns label 3 days after reporting the issue. Now I've sent the product back and waiting for it to be fixed.
It has been a whole month and I still don't have a working PC. I've now asked them for a reasonable upgrade to the PC given how long I've been made to wait. They are waiting for their manager to get back to them on this. I'll update this review when all this is over.
Even if the long wait times were due to Black Friday and I just happened to receive a bad product, I still have the annoying extra work to chase them with emails every other day.
I'm still willing to give these guys a shot and change my review if they at least offer a free upgrade as a goodwill gesture. I've never had to wait for a whole month for anything I bought online!
UPDATE:
They have agreed to an upgrade and will have it built on urgent priority and delivered before Christmas, so that'll be 6 weeks since I sent the order. Still hopeful this all ends well. Upgraded to 3 stars, will update when I receive the PC.

Panicked at first as all their displayed contact information bounces back and phone lines were disconnected, not sure if they have updated this or not so do your checks first as communication is vital when spending significant amounts of money.
I received my order as described in good working condition.
Many red flags
Avoid - there are so many red flags with this company.
I recently placed an order for a gaming pc for my 11 year old son for Christmas and didn’t hear a thing for 4 days despite the website stating I would receive tracking the next working day and dispatch usually next working day or nearest thereafter. What you actually get is radio silence until you bang the drum hard and fast enough.
The listed phone number on the confirmation email isn’t connected and they don’t list any phone numbers on their site. I now know there’s a reason for that, they don’t want to talk to you. You can’t actually physically speak to anyone at this company. Their listed support email they tell you to contact for order queries, doesn’t exist. Email bounced back as unrecognisable.
I did get a response on the webchat on their website but it took them approx. 2 hours…on a webchat! I did finally manage to get an email reply from their info@ email address after a couple of hours too.
It’s a shame as they have competitively priced products, but for today’s consumers needs and expectations of customer service, they are incredibly behind.

I needed to return the PC. They accepted the return. They only gave me a partial refund. After chasing, they agreed they'd provide a full refund. I bought the PC in March, returned it within days and now it's September and I'm preparing to put in a legal claim for my money.

My item was delivered in 8 days... My only downfall with the company was lack of communication, I didn't know when it was dispatched or what date for delivery. Untill I went on there website & spoke in a chat the lovely lady checked my details & told me when it would be delivered.

Panicked a bit when the phone number wasn't working but after a brief delay I can honestly say I am really happy with the purchase and the whole set up looks and performs well.
1 star – Faulty PC, poor service, no resolution after 5 months
I purchased a refurbished gaming PC from Console Killer PC in December 2024, which arrived in early January. From the outset, the machine ran poorly—it was slow, crashed frequently, and soon began overheating despite light use and clean, ventilated conditions.
I contacted the company within a few weeks to request a return and refund , but was told that this was not something they offered as it was past the 14-day refund period. This was despite the product being clearly unfit for purpose from the beginning.
What followed was a five-month back-and-forth involving:
Poor communication: My emails often went unanswered unless I chased several times.
Unclear instructions: I was given little guidance on what to return or how to pack it, and last-minute notifications for collections I wasn’t available for.
Failed repair: I sent the PC back at my own cost (£18.17), and although a fan was replaced, the same issues remained.
No resolution: I have repeatedly asked for a refund, but they continue to offer only more troubleshooting, despite the PC never functioning properly.
It transpired that the PC was continually overheating due to the fan being poorly installed (it was hanging from the PC via a cable tie!). In a phone call with one of their team this was blamed on the couriers but both times I have received something from Consolekiller PC it has been fitted in a box which does not fit the box and has been patched up using other bits of cardboard.
At every step, I’ve had to do the chasing. There was no proactive communication, no apology for the delay, and no real effort to take ownership of the issue. The PC still doesn’t work properly, and I’ve now escalated the matter to Clearpay and Trading Standards.
I would not recommend Console Killer PC. My experience has been frustrating, time-consuming, and disappointing. If you buy from them and something goes wrong, be prepared to face a drawn-out process with little support.
I do not like writing negative reviews but I offered them a two-week ultimatum to which they did not reply.
