Dissatisfied and disappointed
I recommend Consolidated Credit to provide additional training on listening skills for the so called senior credit counsellor (Ahmad) and not being judgemental as I had asked for help for debt consolidation with only having one monthly payment and lower interest but he keeps insisting that I want him to ask the creditors to reduce the debt amount!!!!! No I want to consolidate with one payment and reduce the rate if possible - not quite sure what is so hard to understand…..we had emails exchange and yet ……he is not able to understand. At the end of all of this for the past 2 months - I am now understanding that the company is not worth the while after reading all the negative ratings and some positive. There are many other companies to reach out to after all and yes Consolidated Credit does charge one time fee and additional fees with your monthly payments - not non-profit. I guess they don’t want my business and that’s alright. Please train your personnel to listen and not be judgemental!!!!!
Update: Thank you for your response. Fortunately I have kept all my emails exchange with your counsellor. The applicant number is 474764 and I had originally spoken with Jason and he was very professional and understanding. He had passed me on to Atif not sure why ..in any event the initial call was April 12th and emails with my budget summary attached and after numerous emails (last one) on May 27th to follow up with your senior counsellor …yes I had to email him for updates and he was fixated on my ask to lower my debt amount versus my ask of consolidating. It was almost 2 months of going back and forth that is why you have no file….except my applicant number. I have since contacted my creditor and they are more than willing to assist me….with no extra charges so I will not be contacting Consolidated Credit again. I am sure your company does assist people as you do have good reviews along with bad reviews…..it is always your employees that need coaching to listen.

They paid my creditor but took longer than expected
Finally my payment was paid to my creditor, and they refunded the difference. I just felt like if I hadn't been on top of the situation it wouldn't have been resolved. I"m happier but I"m giving a lower rating only because of the stress I endured before it was all handled properly. Nice to have a debt paid off! :D

Highly recommended
I was in debt up to my neck paying almost 400$ just on interest..
consolidated debt helped me out and got it lowered to 30$ and they were very helpful and respectful.Im honestly glad that I chose consolidated debt.
Only downside is that it will hurt your credit but when you can’t sleep coz of your debt who cares about the credit score

Somehow creditors were not notified of…
Somehow creditors were not notified of my agreement so loans and CCs were reported as missed payments and my credit rating took a real bad nose-dive.
Mind you, I don't want any more credit right now... it is just unnerving to see such a decline in my credit score.

Your program doesn't begin unless creditors agree to work with us on your behalf and they have received all payments on time. We understand any impact to credit score is unwanted, but hope you understand that due to the way credit reporting is structured, it is difficult not to experience a temporary dip in score when enrolling in most any financial program.
With that being said, this effect is reversible, and most clients see a neutral or positive net impact after the program is completed. The history of on-time payments you'll build alongside the lowering of your debt utilization rates will improve your credit score. The credit notation from the program will be expunged after completing the program as well.
