We were former customers of…

We were former customers of Constellation and had no issues signing up. We went back to Eversource for a while, but since Constellation's rates were lower, we attempted to sign up again. The process this time was HORRIBLE. I would speak to a rep who said everything was all set, then I would get a call that there were issues and have to go through the process again. This happened four times, and no one had a record of the previous conversations. We are very turned off by the lack of organization and communication with Constellation. We hope moving forward, we don't have any issues. My kids and in-laws used to be customers too, but we told them not to switch. Not worth the hassle.

Happy and pleasantly surprised....

When I called Constellation customer service to inquire if I would be able to get their new, lower rate since I had just signed up for their service less than a month before, the gentleman was very pleasant and helpful. They did give me the lowest rate and I was both pleased and grateful. 🐦💗

Need more timely communication after switching to CE

I like the product and transparency of the price. However, after I sign-up to CE from Gexa I did not get timely communication of how and when the switching would happen. I have switched to CE from Gexa on 4/6. To todate, I have not received info for my account...acct number and price program thru either postal mail, email, and text msg. I only find out the switching is successful by getting the Gexa final bill.
I was traveling overseas for a while. I desperately need my acct info to set up future payment.

The technician lied that I asked him to repair a different property yet he didn’t show up

A lie from the technician.
I have been a customer for many years. I have enjoyed great service but I was so disappointed today. I called for service but no one called or showed up. When I inquired, I was told that it was cancelled because I asked the technician to service a different home.
I never received any call. I am waiting for evidence of the technician call or visit. This is annoying.
