Very poor service , would highly recommend researching other companies before paying . Terrible communication, online response only , when they replied . Needed assistance regarding my exam and no one could advised , then required more payment .

Absolute scam pass the blame from pillar to post and you never get your certificate! 0 stars AVOID!!!!!!

Filled out the form thinking it was CITB.

Asked for payment and times AM or PM. Knowing CITB gives you hours I closed the application
Then I get bombarded with calls from London and voice mails from Indians..

Book your test direct via CITB it's safer !

£22.50 booking fee (same as card purchase price) for what exactly? Rip off only book through official citb web site.

The q&a’s I brought were all wrong answers. Emailed them for a refund but no reply

This company are liars been waiting for my card to arrive for over 10 days i emailed them and the response i got today was my application was rejected due to my photo not being good enough offered a refund that will take up to 10 days minus a 20 pound fee however i rang cscs direct and was told the only reason i have not recieved my card is because construction cert have withheld payment its obvious to see their scam

Originally I done test in the test centre , which I paid £65.00 for. Then I was told I had to do 10 modules, which is £140.00 but they decided to add another £28.00 for vat. After completing all this I now am told I have to do an online exam; which I would not of minded if I was told from the start of this process. I am currently now waiting to do this exam because they have not been bothered to put it on my account. Not is this all going to set me back around £250.00 this actually reducing my chances of being able to walk into a job. This whole process is a scam; waste of money and time. The modules I recently did was completely pointless and very over the top. The best part about this is, that they don't have a contact number so you can phone customer service, just an email. Avoid this company at all costs, I highly recommend you go elsewhere.

Booked time and day I needed paid immediately.
Get a text message with different dates but when you try and cancel there is a £10 admin fee

Its a scam. I paid a total of £360 and provided all necessary documentation. I sat all exams and passed and still did not get a CSCS card. Stay well clear. I am currently in the process of legal action to get my money back

I remember booking a test with these a couple of years ago and it was dreadful felt like I had been scammed 3.3.2022 the last couple of questions are to catch u out u wound not have heard before it's alien and I've had 3 or 4 cscs cards and never come across ridiculous questions. plz take my advice and book in a test centre near u will be cheaper aswell. And for construction cert sort your final two questions out tht nobody has never heard of

What can i say!!! Boocked a CSCS test got an email giving me a date, i instantly emailed back saying i was on holiday that day and needed to change it, no response until i had an email the next working day after my test was originally was booked for seeing if i needed to book a re-test. No active phone lines and no response to my many emails. Before all this i also paid £140.00 to do the 1 day H&S course online but haven't recieved a confirmation email so have no idea how i can even start this. More emails to the company and no response. What are you meant to do!!!!!!

Would like to give no stars. Passed the 10 module test with ease, was then told there's actually another exam after this.
The questions were easy, however I failed, twice due to a "recording issue" which was down to them. Because of this I was given a free re-test, however I don't hold much hope of passing as I'm sure they will find a way to fail me again.Wont give me a refund.

Was given a date to sit an exam that I did not choose. Ring them up to try and reschedule. No phone lines available. So, email them. Person on the other side will not identify themselves and tell me they need 5 minimum working days notice. I gave them 4, and was only given the date with 7 days notice including a weekend. Pretty much a con.

Booked a managers test and also bought their online revision, thinking this was the official web site. They only provided the lower operative revision materials/mock test, so I was suprised on the day. I passed the test, but no thanks to this bunch. Book direct and ignore these people.

Got bombarded with calls and emails from this company about renewing my cscs (Over 30 calls in a space of 2 weeks). Not sure where they obtained that information from, this feels like a violation of GDPR. Offered a renewal test for £40. Booked it and at the point of doing my test was informed the actual test is only £22 from the official CITB website its £22.

Personally I'd recommend going straight to CITB.

I'm a manager in charge of a large site, with renewal of my managerial card due this needed sorting, booking was quick and testing was swift, staff friendly and no issues.
