Uncomfortable boots on my feet.
I wrote an email stating I wanted a refund, that the boots size 6.5M (medium) was tight on my foot. Also it was uncomfortable and that I needed a 6.5W (wide). After sending the boots back, I got a replacement of the same size boots 6.5M

Sub par communication
Communication with your company was sub par and other than the rude CSR I never received a response to any of my emails. I subsequently purchased elsewhere since I did not know if my order was still pending or cancelled. It showed up a few days before Christmas…I returned the item.

Ordered Nov 16 still not received my order. I had to call and write only to find out they did not have in stock and it is backorder. Now it has been over a month no customer support to inform me of what is going on no offer of and discount. Failed. Too bad this was my first order with this co.
