Constructiongear is about the only place where I could find exactly what I wanted, and at a reasonable price.

Order my boots a month and a half ago still can't get it

Order two pair of Justin boots at the same time. One pair showed up in about a week. Several weeks later I received an email that my boots have been sent. No boots arrived and when I checked on delivery status it stated they were delivered. Then everything went down hill from there. Customer service was no help due the same info I had that the boots were delivered. Shipping order which came with first pair was correct showing one pair which helped on my end I happened to save the box they came in which I had to send pictures of boots and boot info proving I only received one pair of boots. I eventually received the missing boots about a week after date I was promised they would arrive. Boots did not fit! Left one was so tight it was difficult to my foot into it. Right boot I could not get heal into boot. Boots same size and style. Then the return process was as another nightmare. Took about a week to just get someone to send a return label. Boots were sent back waiting for my refund. I have ordered boots from construction gear in the past and had nothing but great service. Was it construction gear or Justin boots I do not know and am questioning if I should order again.

I received my order very fast and everything was exactly as described. My grandsons love the gloves.

I was able to order custom gear and get it in a quick turn around time. Easy site to navigate too!

I order a 2 FR jeans ,Two different brands ,one was out of stock , they send me back the amount to my account

The quality of the print is good and we are happy with the proof process. However the vest size s/m is more for women size and it too tight on a man. Wish there was a sample option to heck size before ordering. If you are buying for a crew of men I suggest going with the L size.

I was sent the wrong size and have not got my order after sending them back

Ordered a pair of Carhartt B11 Dungaree. They are not dungaree fit, they are loose fit witch is no where in the add. customer no service even advised they where probably dungaree fit. (she didn't know)
Can't return them since they are on clearance.
It is what it is. I'll just donate them to my local outreach Ministry.

Waited two weeks for the product to ship, no update. I reached out to customer service to determine status, I was told it was no longer available and no other sizes were available. They processed a refund. Frustrating process, three weeks to get money back from original purchase. If not in stock, they should not allow you to order the item. They also need a better process in place to issue a refund.

Ordered my shoes, checked on my order only to find out you could not fulfill my order
There was no email from you to let me know.
Not sure why you couldn’t get my shoes.

I ordered Denim shirts. Price was good, quality was good, shipping was fast.

I attempted to purchase the same boots from another vendor and never received them. Constructiongear.com got me the boots I needed without an issue and got them to me quick. I will be back again for sure.
