If you are a company - please think twice about using their service

If you are a company looking to use their services. Please do not! They take more than 4 days to get back on support queries, if even that.

We are still waiting for a bug fix from September. It will be December next week. Empty promises, no support at all, and the CEO does not care or bother to help resolve issues.

Sad, disappointing and just unethical.

After checking with our team, it appears that we responded to your ticket within 24 hours on November 18th and applied the fix immediately. BAD EXPERIENCE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS

BAD EXPERIENCE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS
Very long selection processes. They have no regard for the time spent by the candidates and I suspect their intention is to steal design ideas.
I also asked for feedback and it was not given after the hours I spent on a task they asked me to do.
NOT A RECOMMENDED EXPERIENCE. To be avoided.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about your experience with our selection process. We apologize that you felt it was a long and arduous process, and we regret that you did not receive the feedback you were hoping for.

We assure you that our intention is not to steal design ideas from our candidates, and we take all accusations of intellectual property theft very seriously. We have policies and procedures in place to protect the ideas of our candidates and ensure that we are conducting ourselves ethically and professionally.

We value all feedback, both positive and negative, as it helps us improve our processes and provide a better experience for all candidates.

Best regards,
Constructor Group
