Absolutely love my new autumn arrangement and vase! It looks gorgeous on my dining table and I have a feeling it’ll be staying there long after autumn has been and gone! Such a beautiful arrangement — I’m delighted with it.

I’m so impressed with my first purchase from Contempee!

The quality of the faux autumnal stems is fantastic. They look incredibly realistic, and the fullness of the arrangement is exactly what I was looking for. It has such a luxurious, high-end look and has completely transformed the space.

I also purchased the Arina Vase in Brushed White, which was even nicer and bigger than I expected. It complements the arrangement beautifully.

Delivery was super fast too. I placed my order and received it the very next day with Evri, which was a lovely surprise!

Overall, I’m really impressed with both the quality of the products and the service. I’m already looking forward to purchasing a Christmas faux arrangement from Contempee next! 🎄🤍

Love my order. I have some areas that get so much sun that it's impossible to keep pretty flowers blooming. I now have the perfect solution. I was dragging the hose around my pool deck watering plants and I almost watered the fake plants because they look so real. I have ordered 3 outdoor white and 1 outdoor purple. Love them.

Love your flowers they look so realistic and the quality is amazing. I also have your bay tree in the black iron pot and three Arina vases, two with hydrangeas and the latest one with the Eucalyptus & Cinnamon Hydrangeas. They are all amazing.

This order arrived in a box that was to small. Stems were bent and smashed together. Flowers were smashed together..... just a total disappointment.... Am now trying to "steam" the blossoms and lay stems out in order to straighten...
My 1st order arrived in beautiful condition - ready to display and a total delight. Total difference from a +10 to -10.

The flowers I ordered did not match the arrangement I already had bought from the company despite having the same description - so I had to return them

I had the arrangement in white, and loved it. Then I saw the same one in the autumn colors and had to get this one as well. This one is so rich and warm and gives my room so much personality. I love all the arrangements. They never disappoint.

Item arrived damaged. No response from Contempee to emails.

Terrible. Do not use this company.

Failure to deliver an item and then accusations made that I had the item. This is despite the company evidencing its delivery with delivery photos with not enough items shown. And, tracking information from Evri stating that the product was still at the hub.

Contempee failed to then resend item, for over a week and then implied that I should be grateful for them to send me an item that I paid for.

The Birds of Paradise tree (that did arrive) is alright. The ‘corresponding’ vase was a joke. The vase is so deep that the tree is lost in the vase and so loses 1/3 of its height to pot. I ended up filling the vase with plastic packaging and shopping bags and then placing the tree on top… I guess that’s why the sell the moss - to hide the crap you have to fill the pot with.

Stay away. Don’t believe the hype of their Instagram posts.

I cannot comment on the bouquet… as mine still isn’t here. Got an empty massive pot awaiting them. I am now under not disillusion that the post is too big for the bouquet, which I read in another review (but stupidly didn’t believe).

I’m so so disappointed.

I noted my tracking wasn’t updating after a few days, so contacted Contempee who were excellent at responding and arranged another delivery the next day. The order arrived today as expected and even more beautiful in real life. I’ll definitely be ordering more. A fantastic company with fantastic products.

I'm thrilled with my vase and flowers. They are beautiful and so life like. Excellent quality and I will definitely buy again and recommend them. They were well packaged and arrived on time.
