So impressed with this company. It was my first order, they were super efficient in responding to my query (over a weekend) and delivery was extremely quick especially as it was a weekend order it still got shipped on a Sunday, then arrived next day. I love the item it’s beautiful and I can’t wait to order from here again. I ordered the faux Ruscus tree and it’s exactly as it appears online it’s perfect. Amazing customer service, amazing delivery and amazing product. 5*

Missed out when first came out and…
Missed out when first came out and added name to waitlist. So glad I did and absolutely worth the wait. Arrived perfectly packed with picture diagrams to assemble. This helped as no numbers on pieces as stated. Took a bit longer to assemble but the quality is fabulous.

Absolutely beautiful! I have a eucalyptus tree and a beautiful pink flower arrangement and vase. The quality of the flowers are stunning. I think im hooked. The delivery was super speedy, I think about 2 days, maybe even next day!! You won't be dissapointed.

Ordered the hanging basket with black pot. Had to wait as it had sold out but it was so worth the wait. It is gorgeous. It is so lifelike. Love love love it.

Excellent Customer Service and Product
I have ordered from Contempee a few times. This time my product arrived damaged. However I was really impressed with how quickly and efficiently the company dealt with the issue. I emailed them and within two hours a replacement had been ordered for me.
Excellent customer service from start to finish, with a quick and hassle free response. I'm very happy with the service I received and it gives me full confidence to buy from them again. I have now received my replacement flowers and love them. I would definitely recommend this company.

Purchased 2 faux olive trees at£89 each…
Purchased 2 faux olive trees at£89 each however one of the trees leaves have gone a washed out really false looking colour , only the one and also both trees are in identical positions , reached out to contempee who concluded with no hesitation environmental factors can cause this to happen ! £89 for a tree that now looks like a £10 tree and looks terrible is just not on ! if I paid £10 for the tree I would expect better . A warning to others not only are contempee products overpriced but there of low quality and there customer service is shocking .

Okay but of course not as real like as photos
Photos do not do look quite like the product. Little disappointing in quality and not quite as abundant in volume as photos.
However do look quite nice when hung up. A bit to plastic to touch not quite as real like however from a distance they look ok

Poor quality
Poor quality, nothing like the videos.
I recently purchased the hydrangea bouquet as a thank you gift. It arrived in quite a small box. There were a lot of loose petals in the box! Not a great start.
Gave the Contempee wrapped “bouquet”.
On opening yet more petals fell off and the hydrangea heads were really crushed. Looked dreadful and nothing like the video. Poor quality. Very embarrassing.
I did contact Contempee but could not provide photos so they were not prepared to accept the goods were faulty and only offered a small partial refund which I did not accept as the flowers were faulty.
Surprisingly they also sent me a link to review my purchase on Trust Pilot which would enter me into a prize draw.
I had thought maybe I was unlucky and it was a one off but having now read numerous reviews I know it wasn’t.
I would recommend you save your money, there are better quality, not squashed and crushed faux flowers on the high street.
Do not recommend this company at all.
