The team, Lizzie Joseph, and Janice Scott, were excellent to deal with when there were a couple of issues to work out. They did a full grammar and line edit of my nearly 100,000 manuscript within the timeline I had of six weeks, and customer service was excellent. Whenever I had questions they were quick to get back to me and accommodate my requests. The value for what I received was very good and significantly less than my own publisher who wanted over 3 times the amount CDP charged. Very happy overall. Would use again. Thank you!

Writing up a business plan for investors is a daunting endeavor that I knew would be hard going at it alone. So, I reached out to Lizzie and Ian at Content Development Pros for help.

At first contact, I sensed their professionalism and felt at ease given that I was presenting my invention idea that I assumed would be difficult for them and their team to effectively convey without a lot of back and forth communication.

I couldn't have been more wrong!

In fact, I was actually shocked by how easy communication was with them, as well as how fast they worked with such precision in understanding my idea and explaining it, which convinced me that not only would I hire them again, but would also recommend them 100 percent!

I really don't do much of any reviews, maybe because I had doubts about their authenticity and veracity. However, the raving reviews I read about Lizzie and Ian were every bit true, which is what ultimately persuaded me to hire them for my project.

The added bonus was they completed my business plan in a matter of days! Once work commenced, it all happened fast, making me a believer. They and their team is bar none one of my best online service experiences, literally!

They would send me huge portions of work they had done on my business plan, which left me scratching my head, wondering how they did so much in so little time!

All of their communication was professional and sharp. As I read over the various drafts, they seemed to be inside my head. They were already attuned to what I wanted without me saying it.

I was sure we'd need tons of back and forth for the team to see my idea. And the seemingly insignificant details I tossed in amid AALLLL the material I provided, not only did they thoroughly read it but they also incorporated it beautifully and seamlessly into my business plan!

Given their notable attention to details, there was virtually no wasted time or effort, which is such a relief considering how many times I've wanted other companies to listen to me and do a particular thing but they didn't. The other company had to do something twice because they didn't listen well.

My general involvement in project administrator Janice Scott at Content Development Pros, was the by and large absolute best.

This company have basically taken money from me and refuse to refund me. I have used them before and previously had no issues barring the quality of the work is poor, and almost ai generated. But this time they have been recurring charging me every month for the best part of a year £85/month - to which I never signed any agreement or contract - for blog posts, but I also never received the blog posts. I found out they were recurring charging me every month only when I came to do a tax return, I contacted them and asked what this was and they said I signed up to a recurring service, I didn’t, I enquired
about it and paid for 1 set of blogs and would let them know if I wanted the recurring service. They decided to start charging me. However I never got any content, I only got a bunch of poorly written blogs when I complained. They agreed to refund me then changed their minds. I am now forced to chargeback every charge. I would never have got the content had I not enquired about the charges I didn’t agree to, and I don’t want the content. But they refuse to refund me, providing every excuse under the sun which leads me to now believe this company do this on a regular basis to people - Content Development Pros are essentially taking my money. I am charging it back plus I’m going to issue them with a solicitors letter and report them to the authorities for unlawful charges.

Outstanding service

We are an appraisal company and do both commercial and residential appraisals. We write neighborhood analyses for our commercial appraisal report and we were looking for a way to expand our analysis, but keep it concise and interesting. Account Manager Dave Conner and Project Manager Janice Scott were helpful and attentive throughout the process we are very happy with the final report.
