This is my 15th large project with them. The Work is good and quick.

I recently needed to deliver a speech to a large group of people, and I didn’t have time to prepare it myself.

I fount Content Development Pros online and thought I’d give them a try. I was assigned to Project Manager Hazel Scarlett and Account Manager Bruce Kent, who patiently listened to my concerns and made sure she had a clear understanding of what I wanted. Hazel took extra time to explain the process and what I was to expect. She made me feel like my service was her top priority and I never felt rushed or like my issues were second to something else. In each of our interactions, she was friendly, professional, attentive, and personable.

I also appreciated that she kept me updated on progress. Ultimately, she prepared a beautiful speech for me ahead of the deadline I imposed. Her attentiveness, quality of service, and professionalism cannot be overstated. Hazel exceeded my expectations in every way possible. I'll be using Content Development Pros for all of my future content / speech writing needs.

The team at Content Development Pros are just what it states in there name “Professionals”. I wanted to write my first book but I really didn’t know where to start, then I met Lizzie Joseph (Account Manager) and Shane Hall ( Project Manager).
