I appreciate the diverse and complete library of courses. The courses I have taken have been very informative with expert presenters.

Lack of video control.
1. Not a great selection of courses.
2. As an adult learner I want control of the video, being able to fast forward by 5 or 10 seconds, and/or being able to increase the speed. Otherwise I have to waste my time on parts of training I already know.
