I hate to resort to publicly asking for support but Convertify.app have left me no choice.

The original app build took slightly longer than stated but they did respond to my messages and helped!

Then, once the app was delivered, nothing! I'm working with a dev who is getting errors when trying to use the build to publish on the app store and we can't get answers from Convertify.app

We've tried "live chat" (ironic name given the lack of chat or liveness) the messaging form on their website and emailed, too. All attempts at communicating have been ignored.

It feels like they're not interested in providing any support post delivery, at all!

I'll happily review this review if someone from Convertify.app gets in touch and helps with the issues...

Mi experiencia con Convertify ha sido satisfactoria.
Han creado una app para iOS y otra para Android de mi web (chessfaucet.com) según lo acordado.
Sólo he probado la app de Android, pero funciona perfectamente.
Les he enviado un email solicitando ayuda para que me aconsejen cómo diferenciar el tráfico que proviene de las apps en GA4. Estoy a la espera.

If I can give a zero star I WOULD!! BIGGEST CON AND SCAM! I purchased the convertify pro as it would not allow me to convert any image to svg, on the "convertify free" app, went to try convert images to svg after buying convertify pro, you couldn't select svg, you couldn't press convert as it kept prompting you to select a target? What target!! After 4 hours of reading and googling how to use it, it was telling me to install figma and install plugins.. then telling me I have to buy the pro pack there?? This literally Farked ME OFF!! $58.17 AUD it charged me, iv tried refunding method and GUESS WHAT!!! CANNOT CONTACT!!!! DISGUSTING!!! iv reported this on 3 other review pages and reported to Microsoft as a scam as its the FIRST THING THAT COMES UP, reported to my bank.. DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY

Horrible False advertisement they don’t not convert your website into a mobile app don’t not fall for it 👎👎👎👎👎

We used the company's services for the android application of our business. It worked for a while until the file we received was no longer compatible with the app store's requirements. We paid again for the same service and after a few months it suddenly stopped opening.

Initially they delivered iOS and Android Apps for me (which were great). The Android App later failed due to and Android (14) update. I paid again for a new Android build which did not work. I have been trying to reach their support team for weeks. They have not replied. IN theory their business/App is wonderful [if it works], but you are gambling because the support is non existent and you get zero help. Given this, I cannot recommend Convertify.

ESTAFA TOTAL! DICEN COBRAR UNA ÚNICA VEZ Y SI QUIERES NOTIFICACIONES PUSH TE LAS COBRAN DESPUÉS, CUANDO YA HAS PAGADO Y NO PUEDES HACER DEVOLUCIÓN! DESPUÉS LA APP NO ES MÁS QUE UN VISOR DE CALIDAD MÁS QUE CUESTIONABLE Y EL LOG IN DE GOOGLE NO FUNCIONA. ENCIMA NO CONTESTAN CORREOS NI ATIENDEN ADECUADAMENTE POR CHAT. NO RECOMENDABLE.

We purchased an iOS and Android app a few years ago, and all was working great. We were promised that what we paid was a one time fee, and there would be no need to pay more or perform updates, because updates are performed from the website.

Earlier this year, I found that users could no longer download the Android app because it required an update that I was unaware of. I attempted to reach support several times and heard nothing back. I wrote a complaint here, and they immediately responded and told me they'd help me if I deleted my complaint.

I deleted it, and the updated app they provided didn't work. Again, I reached out to support several times for assistance, and they didn't help.

We have sent 5-10 emails requesting assistance. Find a different company.

Great service by convertify. They have converted my website in to app with in 12 hrs as per my exact requirments. Really im satisfied

This Company is a Scam.
I tried to get the after-sales service as promised on their landing page. They ignored all my messages after I got the application. It's a terrible company and scam.

Hello, I tried to convert my web into iOS and Android and they did not do a good job at all. I did not received any receipt after my purchase, I asked for a refund and did not get any reply. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. It's a fraud.

Well it was very easy and my app was constructed in 24 hrs.

TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!!
I had initially asked questions regarding their product and impatiently waited for a response so i made the silly mistake of buying their product to find out first hand.... push notifications were not included in the sale price so i asked for a refund when they gave a prompt response as soon as i purchased the product initially.
Since asking for the refund i have just been ignored and no refund has been issued and they just blatantly Ignore any communications i make regarding getting my money back.
COMPLETE SCAM OF A COMPANY

The company is very good, very reliable and most importantly they stay in touch with you all the time and respond to your messages very quickly. You don't have to wait a day or two for an answer to your question.

This should be illegal fr this company doesn’t have ready made apps I’ve paid for mine months ago still haven’t seen it

They collect your money and when you later try to reach them, they don't react anymore.
Don't use this service!
