Disorganized and unprofessional
Disorganized and unprofessional. They have no developed system and appeared to be flying by the seat of their pants. I was repeatedly asked for the same documentation. Disclosure came through with incorrect information that was never fixed. I was told my credit inquiry would be a "soft inquiry" and it was a hard inquiry. I was told a lower cost for an appraisal than what I ended up paying. My rate jumped 2%. I was told we'd close within 10 days after the appraisal was received -- it was another month. They disappeared for days at a time with no one responding to emails or calls. They called me to schedule closing without ever sending the disclosure required by law -- I had to ask for them. These are just some of the issues. It was a clown show. I should have jumped ship after that hard inquiry on my credit. I wish I had. What a mess. Not recommended.
