The over modern design of the Carbon is what sold me, and the top and bottom heat. Unfortunately, since it does not have a door on the front, the weather conditions need to be perfect to use it. We have the oven with stand on a covered deck at the Jersey Shore. I have a cover on the oven. Only a couple months old and the pain is bubbling and chipping on the table. The oven is a little hard to clean out with the brush. If it is windy day or cold, it will not cook the pizza to achieve the crunch. We used it fourth of July weekend, and it was an 80 degree night with no wind. So, it worked better. But if it had a door with a window, we would have better results.

Really like having the flame under the stone. It allows one to not need to wait 5 minutes in between pizzas. I have taken it camping and made 12 pizzas in less than 45 minutes.

I truly love my Carbon Pizza Oven! About to make my second batch of pizzas today! Still perfecting my launch (need to practice) but the oven is everything I've dreamed about. It's very well made and super easy to set-up, ignite and use. It's simple, gorgeous and cooks perfectly! Thank you for developing a perfect home pizza oven, it's a great investment for everyone that loves pizza!

We love our new carbon oven. The temperature is easy to control and our pizzas have turned out great! We’ve even cooked veggies & steak in the oven.

Upon ordering, shipment seemed fast but they made an error and did not ship our actual oven. We contacted Carbon and they were very fast to respond and got us the oven the next day.

We are very happy with the oven. I particularly like the versatility of the separate heat control for the floor, I also appreciate how easy it is to pull out the firebrick for cleaning. Lots of happy pizza eaters at our house.

I am using a 65% hydration biga dough with 50% '00' floor, 50% AP flour. It's easy to stretch and cooks up perfectly with low heat on the oven floor.

It's great to finally have a really hot pizza oven. It's great cook lots of pizzas and not have a stifling hot kitchen. Thanks!

When I cook side by side to my friend’s Ooni pizza oven, I’m able to cook my pizzas much faster because the double burners so the stone stays warm. This means more pizza and that makes me a happy customer!

Took three months to receive. Customer support is timely but vague. We are pizza connoisseurs, but first try was a joke! Bottom raw, top overcooked. My husband had to take apart the oven to find there was there was a piece of packing foam in lower oven gas line. Fixed that, and it still doesn’t cook the bottom. I asked about this problem and got the dumb answer, “ turn the bottom to high and top to low.” Well, we already tried that!!! Three more tries, and still the same results. Seems like maybe this company doesn’t want to answer questions once shipped, and clearly doesn’t want to refund poorly built pizza ovens!

Assembled the stand with no issues. Ran the oven for 30 minutes on high before cooking our first Neoplitain Pizza. The crust burned quickly but we need to have a lot more practice. It's all about regulating the top burner control. My only wish is there was an outside reader to know what the actual temperature is.

When we first made the purchase we were unsure of how often we would use the oven, but once we got the hang of it we realized it's so versatile and as easy as using your standard grill! I can't wait for the weather to warm up to use it every night! The build and quality is top notch and looks very handsome in our backyard. Awesome oven!

I cannot say enough good about the customer service at Cook With Carbon. I've had a couple little setbacks with my purchase. Minor things that I knew can be easily taken care of and once again Brandon and Scott did the right thing and made things right. It's great to have such professional support behind an amazing product. I love my Cook With Carbon Pizza Oven!

It has been 3 whole months and I have yet to receive my oven !

I ordered the oven and the stand well before Christmas 2021 as gifts for my husband. The oven arrived. The stand has never come, despite promises it was coming. I was even told it shipped but somehow arrived back at your company. I was told days ago it was sent right back out but have never received any tracking information by UPS. I will never personally use or recommend your company.

We had issues with the bottom burner. Had amazing support trying to trouble shoot what was wrong. I think our problem was more of an operator error because it started working.

I’m. Big fan of this oven. It has so much going for it. It’s large 15 inch cooking area allows flexibility. The bottom heated floor makes the front floor by the opening nice and hot. Allowing A much more balanced bake. Accessories are all well thought out and oh high quality. Looking forward to the new stand that was just released

The stone if fine; customer service is a whole nother story. Ordered a replacement stone 11/26/21. Credit card immediately but stone not shipped until 12/29/21. Emailed Carbon 12/10 inquiring about status of order; did not receive reply (promising "Your order will be shipping this week)" until 12/16, but order tracker on website did not show shipping ticket even being generated until 12/29. Even making allowance for the Christmas rush and holiday closures, 40 days between billing and order fulfillment, with no updates or communication of possible delays, is simply not acceptable.

Great product, I'm happy with my new Carbon oven, now I can cook my own pizza and share my awesome experience with my friends.

This portable stone hearth backyard oven works better than the large, commercial ovens.

I have one of these ovens in my backyard and we absolutely love it. My whole family makes their own pizza's and we get to cook them in our Carbon oven. We get to cook all kinds of dishes. It feels like a piece of a 5-star restaurant in my very own backyard. It's a great conversation piece with guests too! Definitely worth it if you like cooking and BBQ or hosting parites.
