The people working at cool fire really made the experience that much better. I struggled with how the whole system worked and they had me just come back in and spend time with me a couple of times. I would highly recommend their product and their people with great customer service.

I purchase a CoolFire Trainer kit for my Glock 43X. I have yet to find it helpful since, at its best allows one simulated shot. The next shot is less recoil than an air gun. Not being a paintball enthusiast, I cannot tell if it is the CO2 bottle/nozzle leaking or if the CoolFire cartridge is not allowing a full charge.

Im giving them a 5 star for customer service. Sandy was superb and made the exchange painless. Even though I had issues with model fitment, I see the company is iterating and improving their products. Would rate this 3 at first but 5 since they made it right. With that said, the system itself is super fun and works reliably on the ar platform. I look forward to trying out their pistol products.

I picked up the Cool Fire Trainer to help me prepare for the Tactical Games and it's been a game changer for my training. Being able to get quality reps in without burning through live ammo has made a noticeable difference in how I perform under stress. The recoil simulation keeps things realistic enough that the skills actually transfer when you go live. If you're competing in the Tactical Games or any kind of tactical competition and want to sharpen up between range sessions, this thing is worth every penny

The product offered and advertised was exactly what I experienced. Fantastic operational accuracy. Customer service is phenomenal.

The recoil option is not returning the slide to a functional position. I need to manually push it forward between trigger pulls for repeat shots. Coolfire is taking it back to diagnose the issue. The customer service is good, if they figure this out, its 5 stats for me.

Realistic training aid, would recommend to anyone. Great product

These are fantastically well made. The Ar15 model is a bit of a pain to install, but the Glock Model installs like a dream. Easy to replace CO2 and plenty comes with each. May want to put a little CLP on the Recoil Spring in the Pistol Kits .

My experience from question and answer with the Coolfire team thru order and even exchange was flawless. Most of my interaction was with Boone Walker and he was prompt, on point and great to work with.

Great tool. Great customer service. Had a minor bump on an IR lazer shipped without the green o ring. They made it good in mailing time with not 1 but 2 replacement orings. Love the company and it's products.

Would be cool if it worked, but it's just problem after problem after problem. the month I've had it so far, and so far I've had to order three additional parts to complete repairs that it needs. blown gasket in the soda maker, causing it to leak, striker tips go out with just a few uses already went through the two tips that it came with. And the laser is a huge pain that you have to recite every time. YOU MIGHT BE ABLE TO SAVE MONEY WITH THIS LONG-TERM, BUT YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SAVE TIME. I WOULD ONLY RECOMMEND THIS IF YOU ENJOY TINKERING AND FIXING THINGS. LIKE IF YOU'RE IN GUNSMITHING GO FOR IT, BUT IF YOU WANT EFFICIENCY AND GOOD USE OF YOUR TIME, SKIP IT. It's a great concept. It's just not there yet.

I love CoolFire. I think it is the answer to realistic dry fire applications. My review is solely based on the company not willing to work with me to sell on site at my classes. I use CoolFire with my Milo system when I train my students so they can experience the most realistic engagement when faced with a threat. So now I will purchase at retail prices to ensure my students have immediate opportunity to purchase a system that will only enhance their training. Wish CoolFire was more willing to partner with instructors in this most needed system. Especially in California.

I used it in a basic firearms safety training with new shooters.

This system is the best thing since sliced bread was invented.
Have reduced my draw time from Concealed to on target accuracy from 1.43seconds to .9 seconds and trying to improve on that.

Ordering took a long time and after payment, nothing happened until I reached back out to ask. Also, the Rapidfill adapter doesn't work for us currently. The washers are not quite the right dimension to line the adapter up properly without leakage. Therefore, no holster work is possible.

As a person who is currently confined to bed or wheelchair, and getting to the range is difficult, the Cool Fire has been awesome in providing me a realistic shooting experience. Their customer service is responsive and very good. I had an issue with my barrel not holding gas and they were quick to help and solve the problem. I was able to do a local IDPA match recently after not shooting for just over a year. Even though my time was slow since I was shooting from my wheelchair my accuracy was excellent, which I attribute to my Cool Fire practice.

They were so fast getting back to me and fixing an issue that came up. Couldn’t recommend them more.

Great concept but the laser doesn't adjust enough.
