Hello again Kapil,
It seems that your dissatisfaction began when you asked me to give your student a free SAT course and I told you that I cannot do so. Since that point, I have consistently over-delivered for you on the value of my product and I have gone above and beyond to provide your son with personal help. Unfortunately, it seems that nothing I can do will change your opinion that, because I did not make the course free for you, it was wasted money.
First, even after you asked me to make the course free for your son, I gave you 25% off of my paid class - that's $200 off - just to make it a better value for you.
Second, I spoke with you personally more than once to answer all of your questions about my paid class, and I made sure you understood fully how it worked and what it involved before you signed up. I gave you detailed information about the course and answered every one of your questions about it.
Third, In the course itself, I made sure (as I always do) to deliver quite a bit more value than you paid for - I hosted extra, free review classes, sent your son materials that I have personally developed for his SAT prep, and recorded videos of me teaching important concepts to share with him and his classmates.
Fourth, I gave your son free personal help even though you bought a discounted group class product. Throughout your son's course, I worked patiently with your him to answer his questions both during class and outside of class. When he sent me questions outside of class time, I personally replied with thorough, helpful answers to make sure he was equipped to succeed. I provided your son with more personal help than any other student in his class requested or received.
I was happy to provide your son with this extra, personal help, because it is very important to me that my students succeed and that my clients leave my classes feeling like they got more than their money's worth.
Then, after your son finished my SAT class with 40+ hours of live instruction, after you took advantage of the 25% discount I gave you for no particular reason, after your son was given free bonus review sessions beyond the regularly scheduled class time, after I answered his questions outside of class time thoroughly and with kind encouragement, you left this 1-start review stating that your money for the course had been wasted.
Since seeing your review, I have made repeated attempts to contact you to resolve it. I have offered to do even more for you, to go above and beyond even further for your son, so that you come away from the course satisfied with the value you have received.
You have not responded to any of my attempts to contact you and have not taken advantage of the additional free help I have offered you.
It is very important to me that my clients and their families leave my classes more than satisfied with the value I have delivered for them. I go above and beyond for my students, because I know that their success is my success.
But if you require that I give you a free course product to be satisfied - and if my consistently going above and beyond for your son, and repeatedly offering to do so even more, isn't enough to make you satisfied - then I'm afraid we may not be able to resolve your dissatisfaction.
I remain willing to give your son additional free help above and beyond the class you paid for. But you continue to ignore my attempts to contact you to resolve the situation.
Please reach out if you change your mind and decide that you would indeed like to accept my offer of more free help for your son. You have my contact info from the several attempts I've made to reach you.
Thank you.
